I needed a good stable walker. I needed a shoe that fit a wide foot.I needed a shoe to support knee and heel pain.This shoe met all my needs.I rotate these with a less expensive walker I bought here on Zappos. The other pair is for indoor use only. I love Zappos with their many shoe collections ease of shipping and returns.

I have plantar fasciitis and some nerve issues in my feet as well as overpronation. I tried the Propet washable walker but could immediately tell it would not work for me so returned it. I ordered these shoes and received them quickly (as always) from Zappos. The Propet Stability Walker is a perfect fit for me, comfortable, and the D width is just right. I've been wearing these shoes daily for a week and notice my feet and legs actually feel better. Will be ordering a second pair. Highly recommend!

These are decent shoes for the money. It (Propet brand) does not hold up as long as some other brands, but if you are not very hard on shoes this is a good choice. I do like the width size availability, but it runs short, so go up one size in length from what you measure.

Nice shoe, very comfortable, lighter than I expected. I was worried that the rigid plastic I can feel (with my fingers) through the shoe lining would be irritating, but don't feel it on my foot. Guess that's what provides the stability. Not quite sure how Zappos did it, but I ordered them at 9 at night and they arrived at 4 the next afternoon.

I ordered this shoe because I have a boot brace on my rt. foot and need a special shoe to fit it. I was lucky to find such a shoe so quickly. Arrived within the week of ordering.This shoe is close enough in looks that I can wear my regular white shoe on the other foot. I liked the large selection available to me.Looking forward to lots of walking as the weather is just right for that.

LOVING my new Propet walking shoes! I have lots of trouble with my feet and also with fit. These definitely "fit" the bill! THANK YOU and my feet thank you! I had an old pair of Propet walking shoes, totally different style than these - they were OK for a while but did not have the support that these have. Even though these have a Medicare code they LOOK GREAT, too! Comfort and looks, 5 stars!

A great walking shoe for wider feet. Comfortable straight out of the box. I am on my third pair and all have been good. Wore the soles flat on my walking regime!

My physical therapist found these to not be rigid enough for my feet. I needed the most stability control available, and these were not.

Although I am not diabetic this shoe was bought because I'm on concrete a lot and wanted comfort. As far as why this certain diabetic shoe, I bought it for the sporty look.

I've ordered shoes from Zappos before and found them to be easy to work with, even when I did want to return one pair I didn't care for when I got them. But mainly I use this company because it's the only place I can find reliably wide shoes, 5e in size 7 womens!

I love my Propet stability walkers. I need wide shoes and these fit the bill. They are very comfortable and work for walking long distances. I even ordered another pair because I have worn out my other ones.

I l-o-v-e these shoes from Zappos. It was easy to order the shoes I want, and they make it easy to return them when they just don't work out. Great shoes, too. These are comfortable and keep me from getting so tired during the day.

I bought this shoe for my vacation at Disney World. It was wonderful. I am overweight and have a very wide foot. I purchase Propet shoes because they have a 4w width. I love all their shoes. They are comfortable and very sturdy. I am retired teacher, and wore Propet shoes daily while I worked. I'm surprised they are not more expensive. Well worth the money.

I bought these shoes before and loved how they fit. They finally wore out. The replacements fit like a glove. I would recommend them.

Outstanding shoe for this very flat footed woman. I put in my orthotics, and an extra arch, and on the right one a .25 in lift. I wear narrow shoes and this does a good job for that too! I ordered a white one too and this is my second black one after about six months of daily wear.

As promised, I am getting back to you. I first wrote on Dec. 10, 2014. Since then I have worn this shoe all day every day. Each day the shoe feels like it is part of my foot, better & better. I have my 3/4 orthotics in them. Because of my diabetes, the bottoms of my feet tend to go numb. In these shoes I just feel comfort - no numbness. I was in another shoe store this weekend (Merrill) & the clerk saw my shoes and commented on what good shoes they are. Just be sure to give them the proper break-in time, your feet warm the leather & they begin to surround your feet with comfort.

I have only had this shoe for 24 hours, but I want to let you know a few things I have discovered: the shoe is made of a stiffer leather than some shoes I have bought. This, of course, accounts for the great support. However, for some of us it requires an appropriate break-in. When you first put the shoe on, only wear it around the house, watching TV, working on your computer, etc. This allows the leather to warm up & fit itself to your foot. Also, loosen the laces a little. After only 1 evening of doing this, you will notice an improvement in the fit: no more loose heels, pointed toes & rubbing. This shoe is going to fit me like a glove. If you do not experience the same, you probably have the wrong size. I'll get back to you after I have worn this shoe for a while. I will be wearing this shoe almost everyday for general activity.

I really like these shoes. I have a very wide foot and need a deeper shoe on the sides. This pair of shoes is just perfect. Thank you, Zappos for great service and a quality product. I certainly will shop with your company in the future. Judy

This was my first order and I was offered next day service to the middle of Wyoming, impossible! They did it! Shoes were ordered at 11:30am on Monday and delivered at 10:30am on Tuesday. Excellent service. Shoes are very comfortable.

I am very finicky about my shoes! The shoes are especially nice, comfortable, well priced for quality. I had foot surgery and ordered these to start off in a new shoe. The stability part is truthful! The extra wideness has made walking easier. I must say that among other things I have a two inch difference that in my legs so the stability factor was extremely important to me. The removable insole was great because my doctor had me get specific insoles after my surgery. But the arch was nice.
