I love this shoe, but it runs a size to small.

I wear different size shoes. On one foot I wear a 7 1/2 B. The other foot is a 7 1/2 EEEE. I order the EEEE and put inner soles into the other shoe. The shoes have an extra lace hole that is higher than the normal holes. I use this hole in the size B foot. It helps in fitting the shoe to the smaller foot. I was able to wear these shoes the first day for hours. I do not have to " break them in ". I have worn Propet for years. I am an absolute fan.

Tried the size 9 and it was too big. Ordered the 8 1/2 and it was too small. Oh, well.

This is a great walking shoe! I needed a pair of shoes and have a hard time finding something that fits well. I have a high instep so I usually buy a wide shoe. I also have diabetes but have never bought a specialty shoe because they are so pricy. These shoes are comfy, provide good support and are an excellent price. I also like that these diabetes shoes are stylish. I may try a regular rather than a wide next time. It's not enough of a deal to return (it's not loose). Going to order these again next time!

I love these shoes, and have worn out three pairs. But why, oh why, can't they be made in more attractive colors?

These are even better than I expected. First off, though, I should mention that the first pair Zappos sent, one shoe was defective--not as firm in the sole as the other. They sent me a new pair and I've been happy ever since. The shoes look OK, considering they are a stability shoe. The real magic is in the feel and support these shoes provide. Well worth the reasonable price. I've been trying to heal some plantar fasciitis and these shoes seem to be helping. I'd suggest some orthotic inserts to really get the most out of these shoes. I inserted Superfeet greens.

Over the top customer service. Over the top delivery. Over the top sneaker. I am over the top and will forever more be a Zappos shopper. I am telling everyone about you. My doctor told me not to buy any sneakers in a store - only order from Zappos. How is that for an endorsement?

These are comfortable even on long days. I have a bunion so I need wide shoes usually WW or 2E are ok sometimes have to wait till I stretch them out to feel good. But these shoes no waiting at all, fit just right from the start!

I am not a diabetic but have 89 years of walking. I've have a couple pair of this particular shoe and have found them to be the most sturdy and comfortable of any I've worn in normal exercise walking and some very rough terrain for birding. Had many compliments of them!

Very comfortable. I bought these after knee surgery because I needed a more stable sneaker and these and the other ones are bought are perfect. Nice cushion, sizing is perfect and laces are smooth. Tongue doesn't move around. I'm not a fan of black sneakers, but when I go back to work I can't wear fun colors on my feet -don't want to draw attention to the fact that I'm not in professional shoes. I can't comment on arch support since I have flat feet. I also have a narrow heel and these are fine - they aren't flipping off my heel.

This was the only shoe that helped after I suffered nerve damage following hip surgery. The removable foot bed makes it easy to insert my orthotics, and the soles make you feel very stable when walking. The padding throughout the inside of the shoe prevents chafing. This is my second pair.

I ordered size 12 I got the sneaker and inside tag said 11.5 US and I have plenty of toe room which is really nice. I would like a better arch in them. But I wear them for a 12 hour shift and feet don't hurt and my back doesn't hurt as bad as it did before. I will be getting another pair but a size smaller

I have a disability and I need light shoes to enable walking. These are diabetic shoes and these shoes do not know that I do not have diabetes.. My sister does have diabetes and she likes my shoes.
