Shortly after buying the last pair something torn a hole in the heel. I had no idea the covering was so thin. I have changed to full leather shoes by SAS.

I I've been purchasing from Florsheim for over 30 years. The Riva has always been very comfortable. I took some that had not been used in the past couple of years and the soles cracked. Un-repairable. I can't believe that they're still making them.

I have been a customer for many years, the last pair I bought the heel support moved or got degraded to the point I can not use them for five minutes because the pain is unbearable

3x trying to get right size. Waiting on third one. I get 2 messages+ a day from Florshiem with same 18% deal. Way too many messages

These shoes have gotten tighter. They no longer fit to size.

I bought exactly the same model (RIVA, color brown). I have used it only 3 times. Recently, I found that the sole (both left & right) are worn out.

The plastic molded soles would be dangerous for falls in inclement weather ! Also, this plastic use does not give me the appearance of good quality . I returned these shoes and will no longer consider Florsheim a manufacturer or quality shoes!

Purchased from store, wore a few times and the soles are gone. Rivas have been my go to shoe for 30 years. Hoped this was a rare occurrence, a quick search shows it is pretty common. Please return to the old manufacturing process and materials.

Very uncomfortable, medium width feels narrow, left shoe is very loose. Got blister after just 1 day and now can't return for refund. Very disappointed.

They are beautiful shoes, very nicely put together... but the sizes are wrong. One too short, one too narrow, one too low in height. 3 pair sent back.

Didn't notice that one shoe had visible scratches on back after I used them. I assumed they were mew shoes.

I unfortunately found these shoes much too small, even though the Milano, of the same size, were wearable. So I returned them.

to small not wide enough

Even though they are my husbands size that he's been wearing for 30 years from Florsheim this pair we will return . Way to narrow and he can't get his foot into the shoe. Leather not as soft as before. Disappointed !

Uncomfortable

Im disappointed with the size. Compared to other item bought on line,delivery is not as fast.

The very first time I wore the shoe I took a walk around the block (~0.5mi.) to see how I liked it. Both soles cracked in half horizontally. I was astonished, but I thought maybe the hot pavement was too much for them and decided I would use them as slippers. Large chunks disintegrated off the soles, and soon after the whole sole fell off. (Yes, I could put a new sole on, these were obviously defective) But, perhaps, I might recommend going with a leather soled shoe to begin with.

I wore and loved these shoes for over 20 years but the pairs I bought in the last year are very differently sized - far narrower (I wear a 3E) and less high (no room inside anymore for an arch support insert). This is a great loss since I loved these shoes but they no longer fit. I don't think a larger size would solve the problem since I am already at maximum width and it's way too narrow.

my last comment goes for these shoes because they are the same shoes just different colors

I have been buying Florsheim shoes for decades. All of a sudden your brown and black color shoes of this style have been coming in undersized. I wear a 10.5 EEE and have had to return 5 pairs of shoes due to the shoes visibly being too short. It may come down to your supplier in India. If the shoe model # information printed on the inside of the shoe is spaced out, these shoes are undersized. If the model information is printed closer with no spacing in between characters, these shoes are made properly. If you are going to outsource manufacturing offshore, you should not rely on their Quality Control. You obviously have a problem!

I had to discard two pairs of These shoes. The soles and heels seemed to melt from normal household heat.
