I really really liked the look but i couldn't even get my foot into them. I've been ordering the Riva's for years and always order the same size. If we can get a Richfield that has the same dimensions as an identically sized Riva 11.5 5e I would really like that.

Shoe looks great just like the one I have at home that is wearing out. PROBLEM I have a high instep and I cannot without pain put this shoe on and wear it. Did some measurements and the amount of material from the sole of the shoe to the stitching is from 1/8 to 1/4 inch less on each side at the instep. Sending back in hopes that you can replace the same style shoe with one that would have more material like my original shoes. A drawing of the shoe and where it needs more material is included on the packing slip for comparison. Please have someone actually measure the areas on my drawing and match the shoe to the drawing. If this cannot be done send refund. I do REALLY like the style and would prefer the same shoe as a replacement if at all possible. May take some effort on your part but would be great customer service if you could replace with shoes that more closely match the measurements sent.

Shoe appears to be of good quality but not sized right. Much too narrow to be the 3EEE that I ordered. Will be returning them.

I have always liked my Florsheim shoes. This pair was a disappointment. I really like the style and fit, but they are poorly constructed with inferior materials. The uppers are made out of plastic which will crack and flake off and the shank will break and cause the shoe to squeak with every step. It would be a great shoe if they would use real leather and use a durable shank.

The shoes look better than they feel. There is little to no padding and I can tell they will not last very long. I have only had them a short time, but the upper feels like its going to crack over time. I hope I'm wrong. They are great looking shoes, I just wish there was more comfort built into them. They also left scuff marks on my car, so be careful getting in and out of the car.

If that shoe was a 5X wide, you have something wrong with your width sizes. I have some Mason 3x walking shoes that are wider! Thank god for shoe stretchers.

Very cheaply made shoe, wore it 2 times, leather broke down all the way across the top, footbed bed liner appears to be half cardboard
