Although tight in the beginning, the shoes stretched a little and are now extremely comfortable. Purchased another style, same size at the same time and it is extremely tight. It is not stretching as well.

I have been wearing these shoes for years, every day. Always keep a black and burgundy pair on hand. Wish they came in brown. The uppers will last forever. I have the heels replaced twice a year and resoled once a year.

I am on my feet for most of the day and these shoes are very comfortable. they look great also. would highly recommend for a light comfortable shoe that can be casual and slightly dressy too.

I'm A Dancer.
These shoes are ok except that the soles and heels protrude around the edges and sometimes cause me to stumble when dancing. I have purchased Florsheims before and they were not protruding. I may end up having them trimmed at the shoe shop. It seems as though the factory put the wrong parts together. The heel protrudes at least 1/4 inch behind the back of the shoe.

Finish began peeling off immediately!
I got a pair of these just recently and they look great, both style and finish, but the glossy coating began peeling off from above the toe region of the shoe within the first day of ownership (right where the shoe bends inward). I really like the style of these shoes, especially the split in the rear of the shoe, but I am a bit disappointed in the quality of materials Florsheim used on this model... maybe I just got a lemon, I really don't know for sure.

Shoes appear to be of good quality. Have only tried them on so far and the fit was very good. I have a narrow foot(B) so it is very hard, if not impossible, find this width at retailers. They were a Christmas present so I am looking forward to wearing them more very soon.

These shoes are fine in the classic penny loafer style. My pair, a size 8.5EEE, fit nicely in the width (always an issue if you have bunions like me), but they wear a bit on the large size for 8.5. Quality is fine though and Zappos service, as always, was outstanding.
