Exactly what I wanted

These are "penny" loafers and love wearing them when I dress up a little but short of a suit. Really beautiful shoes but I had to exchange them as they were too narrow for me. Used a form in the shipping box to print an address label and had them out the next day for a wider size. GREAT service from Florsheim, kept me up to date what was going on and sent me the tracking number. The wider size is perfect. Wonderful how efficient this company is handling a minor problem.

I have purchased Florsheim penny loafers for all of my adult life. The cordovan ones have been my shoes when I worked as a school teacher and school counselor, and now I use these daily in my job as a flight attendant! Durable, comfortable, and great quality! They are and always will be 'my shoes' (can't be my favorite shoes, because they are my ONLY shoes!). Thanks for making this new online ordering system so efficient! This is a very nice shoe. My dad has worn loafers for years. These seem to be good quality, easy to break in. Since he wears them every day, he is wearing heavier socks Than dress Socks, so needed 1/2 size larger and wider than normal( they may be a narrower cut shoe
