Happy to find a 10 1/2 B. Hard to find enough choices for my narrow width

Exactly what I expected.

The exact style I have been looking for several years. Finally dialing in on size; 10W in black and 9-1/2W in Cordovan.

I ordered a size 13 and found it was one size too large. I called Zappos and was told they would send the size 12 via one day UPS and send me a sticker to return the size 12 at no cost to me. Great service!

Unprecedented service - How often do you place an order (my 1st) with a company and get exceptional service, same day shipping, and 1 year return guarantee policy? In my experience not ever. I am an International Purchasing Manager and purchase products from all over the world. I expect exceptional service. Just usually do not get it. With Zappos.com I did. I definitely will use this company again.

I love my Florsheim shoes. I've been buying and wearing Florsheim for many years. They are reasonably priced, comfortable, and last a long time. Shopping Zappos was a great experience, too.

Penny loafers - Under 24hr delivery! Very impressed with Zappos! My husband has a very wide foot and they fit perfectly.

We finally found shoes that would work!!!! We are buying these shoes for an 89 year old man who has a narrow foot. We looked all over the place in Houston because from his experience one "should have shoes fitted". Since men's shoe shops appear to becoming a dinosaur, trying to find a narrow width AND having someone does a professional fitting was an enigma. I tried previously to order shoes for him from Zappos and they did not fit AND he insisted on a fitting. After going to MANY stores, I finally was assured that I had his correct size, I tried Zappos again and found these shoes in an 11B. It would be extra nice if they had an AA heel, but it is close enough for him to be happy and mission accomplished!!!! Very happy with these shoes!

Prompt Delivery - The shoes arrived with in two days of our on line order. They were an excellent value. They fit perfectly and are a very comfortable shoe to casual and work dress.

The classic penny loafer I've searched for - These run a little small - I ordered a half size larger and a size wider than my usual size.

Good shoe... This shoe is one of my basics and it's pretty good. I'm pleased the leather sole is still hard and that it appears it will last some time before needing a re-sole unlike the other pair I bought along with this one.

High Quality in Workmanship and Appearance - A conservative design with pleasing shape and proportions, no gimmicks, excellent finish, and the look of good quality. The shoe appears to be well made from high quality materials. My only criticism is that the leather sole is very stiff, and in a slip-on shoe that causes the heel to ride up at every step. The sole will surely become more supple, but it feels as if I may have to wear it for a long time before that happens. Florsheim's last in the size I choose (8 3E) produces the best-fitting shoe for me I have ever found. This shoe felt true to size.

I have worn this shoe for years. Thanks for making a great shoe... This latest pair seemed just a bit narrow. It was a 3 wide... I could use a wider width?

A great classic - A beautiful, well-made, all leather shoe at a reasonable price. It is difficult to find mens shoes in long, narrow sizes.
