I normally order the high top version but they were out in my size (16.5). These feel great just like my last pair of high tops and as long as they keep making this model I will keep buying.

Tried all brand to find a waterproof walking shoe for a forthcoming trip to Ireland. Should'a known that my favorite ECCO brand would have the most comfortable and best-looking shoe for my purpose. Little higher in price but well worth it.

I have been wearing ECCO shoes since 1978,I have had 3 pairs of the track 11 low shoes.The first pair of the track 11 was in he early 1990's, I tried a pair on at the Walk Shop in the bay area,walked out of the store with them on went to a party, the first day I had them I wore them for like 15 hours, and they were just as comfy when I took them off as they were when I put them on , I have worn these shoes doing construction work, hiking, everywhere and they are without a doubt the best shoes I have ever worn, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, I would recommend them to everyone, including myself, my last pair are all worn out so it looks like I'm going for my 4th pair. By the way I've had 5 other styles and loved them all.

My husband loves these shoes. We just got him a fourth pair. They wear like iron and provide good traction. Plus, they look nice enough to go out to dinner, unlike most vibram-soled shoes.

After 12 years on my first, this is my second pair. Yes, they are that good! The positives: great looking, outdoor style, GoreTex, breathe, sole cleats keep one up off of water puddles and grip terrain, relaxed fit (I usually wear a wide width, but these are super), insoles comfy, lots of support. Sort-of-Negatives: The laces do not keep tied as well as one would expect, the insole, while comfortable, is a tiny bit rough on the bottom of the foot because of the air holes (but a small gripe). Excellent shoes for which one pays a dear price. I am a college professor (so on my feet a lot) and have a number of pairs of Eccos. They are, without doubt, my overall go-to brand. Bravo!

Great shoe! Wore a pair for 3 weeks in Italy this winter; comfortable, waterproof & lightweight; usually wear size 7.5 in a shoe which translated well to Euro size 41.

My husband has had this exact pair of shoes for years. He replaces them whenever they wear out. Sometimes, we've purchased from local stores, sometimes from Zappos. They are very comfortable, offer good arch support, are waterproof. Just a great shoe. Zappos is great also because they carry the size 15 my husband requires.

I bought these shoes to be be urban walking shoes and found the size spot on for a EU 42 and very comfortable. They required no break in. Sole is very durable and provides excellent traction. I wish they made this shoes as a boot with a 10" upper. You can buy this shoe with high confidence of being pleased. Good luck.

This shoe has to be one of the best all around work shoes available on the market today, and Zappos provides it at a reasonable price. My first pair finally wore out after years of heavy construction and garden work. When I could not find them locally, Zappos had them! The new pair is constructed similarly with a few meaningful improvements in the front piece and tongue. Zappos, as usual, provided great delivery and return service. I always feel guaranteed that I will end up with exactly what I want with Zappos.

I wanted to wait a few months to write a review. I love these shoes, I have a wide foot size 11 ordered the Euro size 45 and fit great! I have flat feet and nice arch support. Quick break in period and they are really comfortable and can wear them with jeans or Khaki's. Very comfortable, and the quality is great! Highly recommend them. Took them to Disneyland and walked all day and all week in them. Happy feet!

I bought the Ecco Track II waterproof shoes in December in preparation for the New England winter where slush overwhelms most shoes. So far they are dry as a bone walking through deep puddles, slush and snow. The shoes do not replace boots for deep snow but work perfect for the 2"-3" stuff or remains after snow plowing. I like that they also look well and are very comfortable to walk in.

I have owned at least six pairs of Ecco Track II's over the years - both the high and low versions. They are, without question, the finest shoe made on planet Earth. In any way that you can scrutinize a shoe, these shoes score a perfect 10. They are exceptionally high quality, crazy comfortable in pretty much any weather conditions, and durable enough to last for years as a main, daily go-to shoe. They are great for traveling and the shoe to have if you're doing a lot of walking, hiking or spending long periods of time on your feet. They offer outstanding support and are super comfortable right out of the box. As a frequent international traveler, I have worn these shoes on countless trips overseas, to all corners of the world, and they have been consistently stellar in every place and situation that I wore them to. Yes, they are expensive, no doubt, but you do get what you pay for with these shoes. They are worth every penny and then some. My only complaint it that they have stopped offering black in both the high and low versions. I hope that this is only temporary! I have always had both brown and black pairs in the high and low versions and wish to continue to have all four pairs in future. Bring back the all black versions, Ecco!

Love the shoes! I have owned Eccos for the last 15 years. Best shoes ever. You can dress them up or just wherever casual. I have 2 to 3 pair at any given time. Just a piece of advice the track 2 is much more comfortable then the new track six. Don't hesitate just Byam already. :-)

I simply love these shoes. I purchased the Trac low nearly 10 years ago. The pair lasted forever until I wore them into the ground and the heel finally gave out. Always warm and dry even in the middle of winter; incredibly comfy -- almost like a pair of slippers. Yet good support for walking and light hiking. I have other Ecco shoes, which are okay for sure, but this particular shoe is an example of true craftsmanship. The people who made it really know their business. These shoes are among my most favorite items of clothing, maybe even my most favorite possessions of any kind.

Reviewing these for my husband. I just ordered his second pair of these, he wore the first pair for so long that the sole finally separated. He said they are the most comfortable shoes he has ever owned. To quote him: "If the zombie apocalypse does happen, these are the shoes I want to be wearing in order to survive."

I have purchased and worn Ecco shoes for several years. They are right out of the box worn 12 to 16 hours a day and never a break-in period. I had a pair 1 month and eyelet pulled from the leather. I e-mailed Zappos and had new shoes with in a couple of days. Now that is service. Thank you Zappos. I will continue to purchase from your company.

I am a die hard ECCO shoe purchaser and have been for over 15 years. This is my first pair of this type and style shoe and I love them as much as any other shoe I have purchased. As always, Zappos is the ONLY way to buy shoes. The selection is like going to 20 different stores, shipping is quick, returns are always no hassle...just a great company!

I have been wearing these shoes pretty much every day since 1997. They are durable, comfortable, practical, versatile - almost to a fault. The third pair has almost worn out, so I decided to replace them with something different. I ended up buying three pairs of shoes to cover everything that I wore these for. This price seems like a lot for a pair of shoes. For these, it is not. The price of these has actually gone down since 1997. Now they are a bargain.

This is the second pair of these wonderful shoes I have owned! In spite of the rather high price, they are definitely worth it: comfortable, light in weight (considering their brawn), and good-looking enough to be worn almost any time, to the office and restaurants or for a walk. I wear an E or EE in most shoes, so, because the come in "medium" only I must buy these a size longer than most, but because they seem to run a little wide, that solves my fit problem. My favorite shoes!

Almost as good as my last pair. These are back to the softer sole, but have become a touch narrower. However, they're better in fit and function than the pair I purchased 6 years ago. Neither pair is up to the originals from 13 years ago, but these are a step back up the comfort and fit ladder. These also have the softer soles which provide much better traction on ice. Like my original pairs from 2000.

This is an absolutely comfortable shoe!! I've had this shoe before and will definitely buy it again. The arch support is great and my toes are not cramped. Love the fact that it's waterproof which comes in handy in Colorado weather. All around superb shoe!

The best shoes on the planet. Really. Definitely "guy shoes", but they just can't be beat for comfort and durability.

I bought these for my husband, an architect who often mucks around on job sites. these are his 4th pair. he LOVES them we've been all over Europe and love to walk everywhere and these are his favorites. He has a slim foot, normally wears a 9 but the 8.5 is perfect for him.
