I have worn this shoe for years in a Narrow width. Lately the Narrow is just not narrow enough. I was disappointed because the shoes are comfortable but I have trouble keeping them on my feet.

I ordered 8.5WW. While the shoe was soft and comfortable to walk in, it felt a bit tight, as if it was a regular wide width instead of an extra wide. I will stick to Easy Spirit or Clark's sandals as they were a better fit.

This shoe runs about a half size small and also a bit wide. The leather between the toes is quite uncomfortable; however, the cushioning on the shoe is great!

While the foot bed felt like it had lots of cushion, the toe thong had a rough, uncomfortable texture. The shoe's length seemed a little too exact that I would say it's a half a size smaller than marked. It's otherwise, a pretty sandal that you can wear with maxi dresses and shorts.

I bought these sandals a year ago and at the time I was moderately pleased with them, but hoped they'd break in quickly, as they were quite painful. A year later, they still make my feet bleed. I've tried oiling the straps, using stick-on pads, and bandaids, but none of it really helps. Additionally, the back of the footbed is pretty heavy, while all the straps are really far forward, which makes the heel drag, and slap very loudly on the stairs. (Fortunately, I live in Japan, so I just buy tabi toe-socks and wear them with these sandals, then take the socks off while I'm sitting at my desk. Otherwise these would be unwearable.) For reference I bought the black sandals in a size 12.

This was my first time purchasing this brand and I really liked the look and style of the shoes. But the WW width fit nowhere as comfortably as a soft spots WW. So they were zapped back to Zappos. I will not be buying this brand again.

Love the shoes, but they are narrow! And I got a medium. Will order again but will get a wide.

I ordered these in a C/D (W) width, but they really felt like a M width. My pinkie toe was just smooshed, so I had to return them. From what I could tell of the footbed, it seemed very comfortable, and my arches were even fully touching the footbed, however I could not wear them to make a full "in use" judgement.

Overall, I would not buy these shoes again. Although they have excellent arch support, the straps kept rubbing the side of my foot when I walked and by the end of the day I had a painful red area where the strap was. Also, I have a pretty narrow foot and these sandals (width wise) just fit. I would not recommend.

I have been a Bass fan from way back. I stopped going to the outlet last year, when I noticed that the shoes and boots were not leather. I was excited when the Sharon was being offered by Zappos, because I had a pair of these way back when. Unfortunately, this sandal just seems to run a bit small. I am a perfect size 7m, always! This sandal ran a little snug for me. I kept them anyway, hoping that they'll stretch out a bit.

The shoe is much narrower than expected. I have very wide feet and the extra wide was not wide enough. I should have returned the show, but I didn't and I regret it. The inside of the straps is very rough and there's no give. Every time I wear these, even for a short period of time (30 min or less) I get terrible blisters where the straps cut into my feet. Not recommended for anyone with truly wide feet. It's unfortunate because they are very attractive sandals. Softspots makes much better wide sandals as far as comfort is concerned.

The fit was good in width and length, but the toe strap was painful. There is even a hard spot where my foot pad hits next to the toe strap (I believe it is where the toe strap is connect under the insole) that hurts when you walk. The leather is also a bit stiff and rubs. If these did not bother you it would be a cute sandal.

These are super comfortable, but not wide enough. The other wide widths I ordered were good.

These would have been a real winner but they were too narrow (I ordered them in wide). I also felt that they were a little too constricting on my feet in general so they made a really loud "flop" noise when I walked. Had to send them back.

I ordered these shoes in black and they arrived today. I ordered the Wide. I couldn't even fit my feet in them! And I don't own any "wide shoes". I don't necessarily have wide feet, but I do have wide short toes, and these shoes were terrible for that. I tried to order them in the WW, but they weren't available so I ordered the similar Margie. Those arrive on Saturday, so we'll see how they fare. Don't order these if you have wide feet!

Owned a pair of these sandals many years ago and was pleasantly surprised to find them on Zappos! Gave it 3 stars because: 1. I ordered two colors in the normal width and they were so narrow. I don't ever need to buy wide shoes but these were too tight to put on! 2. I reordered and got W(E) and they were still too narrow! 3. I reordered and got WW(EE). One pair was finally the right fit. The other pair felt narrower than the W even though they should have been wider. Have to reorder another pair and hope that it is wide enough! Love the look of the shoe, love the cushioning but hate that the width is narrow and inconsistent! BTW, always thought Bass was Made in America! These are Made in China. :)

I expected these shoes to be so comfortable after viewing their 5 star rating but I have found the toe insert rubs after a morning of wear. The heel is heavy despite the shoes fitting so my feet are not as relaxed wearing these shoes virus other brand flip flops.

I love the ways these look. I bought them in white and based on the reviews, I decided to buy them in wide, although I am typically a medium width. The toe strap HURTS! I thought that I would just need to break them in and I just needed to give it time but it still hurts between my big toe and second toe. Its such a shame because the style and footbed are great!

I was happy to find summer shoes in a size 13, however, these shoes make a swooshing noise when I walk. I think it is the air being pressed down in the heel, but it is very annoying and loud.

The very first day I wore them, it gave me a huge blister on top of my foot. It's from the leather straps. Horrible! I was hoping this would be the summer sandal for this year, however, I will have to look for another. I give it 3 stars for the support but 1 star for the leather straps. I wish the straps were softer. I wish I could return these sandals.

The straps around the toes were too tight - they restricted the movement of my toes. I do not have wide feet so I do not understand why the straps are so tight. I like the style but had to return them.

Very cute, not wide enough. The leather straps do give a little, but the shoe/sole part isn't wide enough. I ordered a WW, maybe the next wide size up would fit.

These have very comfortable padding and seem very sturdy. I chose to return them because they were heavier weight-wise than I like in a flip-flop style shoe and were a little snug around the big toe. I wear a wide and found the W to be comfortable over the bridge of my feet.

Leather is not that soft actually and unfortunately, had to return then. The rest of the sandal is very comfy though and runs in a perfect sizing.

Way too narrow. The box said wide, they shoe said wide but they felt way too tight. They are really nice just not a good fit.
