I just returned them cause there too tight across the toes

expensive, lasted less then a year, soles both shoes came loose, had them fixed, yesterday walking out in public, both shoes complete fell off, had to drive home without shoes on

This sneaker looks like a big "doll shoe "in extra wide, it's just big all over from heel to toe. The lighter color is a grayish beige taupeI returned it because of the fit and the color.

I broke my foot and ankle several years ago and since have used this shoe exclusively for work because I am on my feet for the entire day. This shoe has always been SO comfortable from the moment I put them on until this pair. Are they being made differently???? The price hasn't changed......not cheap! I am VERY disappointed with this pair. Beyond that I have loved these shoes over the years.

Loved these in the past. Seems like these new version 3's are not using the high quality leather uppers I was used to. Feels a tad less springy as I walk. I wonder if the foam NB is using is less dense? Don't get me wrong, these are still very good shoes, however it is clear that NB is cutting corners. No extra laces as in the distant past. Still a pretty good shoe, but oh so pricey. Gonna look into other brands after these are "used up".

i bought these shoes to accomodate an ankle problem where I needed to wear a brace. On the inside of the shoe, the seam across the big toe was hard and rough and it caused me a lot of pain. I have purchased these shows ymany times before and I was always very happy with them. I I still recommend this brand.

I really needed a solid walking shoe so I paid top dollar for these. Had to resort to mostly wearing my old Brooks because these walkers were hard to walk on, not roomy and short for their size. I finally decided to call customer service about it and was told, "there is nothing we can do for you because it already 1 month pass the return date". I was not offered any help, no recommendation was given. I was pretty shocked by that because it was a different experience than in previous years. I purchased New Balance for my family since my kids were little and they are recent college grads. I wasted a lot of money on these shoes and I'm not a satisfied customer. The shoes are not usable.

The toe area width was much narrower than the exact original previous order. In the future, inform the potential consumer about size/ width/ room height changes with the same product number. Let the consumer know of shoe/sneaker last size changes before we order.

I have been buying and wearing New Balance women's 928 for walking for several years quite happily. My size is 9B, and a recently purchased black pair fit perfectly with my prescription orthotics. However, a Bone pair in 9B was too tight, I suspect because of extra padding that shoe had. I returned it and ordered a wide pair. they are far too roomy, and I will have to send these back, too. I'm very disappointed in the inconsistency between shoes that in the past fit well every time. What's happened to New Balance?!

I have been wearing Walking shoes: Leather 928v3, Width: XX-Wide - 4 E for over 10 years and have never had problems before. I have bought two pairs of these same shoes each year for 10 years. But I am disappointed about this pair (ORDER # NSE959053 ). and it has made my feet hurtful. The stitch lines are so tight and make these shoes so squeezed and narrow. It is supposed to xx wide, but it is not wide at all. I even could not put my feet into it.

Does ANYONE make genuine leather shoes anymore? I understood the ad to mean genuine leather, not the AWFUL FAUX LEATHERwhich doesn't breathe and lets off toxins! Sent them right back without even trying them on!

I am so disappointed in these shoes!! I wore them around the house and felt that they were comfortable and would be great for my walks! I walk the dog daily and figured these would work. I was so wrong. The have proven uncomfortable, there seems to be no cushion to them. Walking on sidewalks and streets a little cushion would go a long way . I feel that I threw a lot of money away buying these shoes!

I have 7 pairs of the 928 with roll bar walking shoe and I can't live without them. This last pair I ordered was not made correctly and the right and left shoe were completely different sizes. I hope they are still being manufactured properly because it's the only shoe I can walk in.

I use black sneakers for work and the 847V3 was fantastic because it had mesh in the bunion area, but this shoe is all leather and was too rigid in this area. Thanks for asking, Pepi

I have been wearing New Balance shoes for decades. I am not able to wear the shoes I recently purchased. They appear to be narrower than the ones purchased previously and cause pain when I wear them. They are the same size I have previously purchased. I have even tried wearing them with the thinnest socks I have. I am able to wear my old ones.

Both the length and width were fine. The cut/shape of the sole caused knees and back to hurt. It just was not the right shoe for me. The 847 style is a better one in my case.

I would like to return my gym shoes. I purchased the 928v3 for ankle support due to surgery of right ankle. My ankle is supported however I can not stand or walk in these gym shoes longer than 30 minutes due to my feet being in excruciating pain. I have a heating pad on my foot due to pain from wearing the gym shoes throughout the day. Great support for ankles but the comfort level needs improvement.
