These were exactly what I ordered. I have been trying to find these for a year. Very happy with purchase.

Have been wearing only New Balance shoes for 20+ years. Had to order online because stores rarely stock a womens 11 narrow. Have found that all shoe stores have a good selection of wide sizes, but never narrow. Feels discriminatory.

This is my 3rd pair. They last several years. As the older pair gets too warn or the dog chews off the sole, I buy a new pair for every day and use the old pair for dog walking and yard work. Thank you for continuing this style.

I've worn these over 10 years, though purchase new ones every two years. Mayo Clinic recommended these for my Plantar Fasciitis, and I haven't had a problem since. I wear these every day, and they do last quite a long time.

Under comments, I have difficult feet. Need 10 1/2 for one foot, 10 for other, so I get the half size larger and wear extra thick socks on that one. My feet are ultra narrow so I ask to make them a little more narrower. All seems to work and I've worn this style through at least two different product designs. Work for me.

I use the new balance 928 for work for several years but always got them at walk on a cloud. No store near by, I decided to try purchasing on line. Very happy because I got exactly what I ordered in few days. Very happy with the shoes and on line shopping experience. Thank you new balance.

I bought the "gray" color because white was currently unavailable in 9EEEE. I've been wearing this shoe and the 928v3 mesh for more years than I can remember but unfortunately shoes in my size are hard to find. The gray is not gray. It's taupe - not quite beige, not quite gray. Still a great shoe though.

Only shoes I can wear because of deformed leg and foot--keeps me on my feet and walking.

Good supportive shoe for those on their feet. I have worn this number for several years. My feet love them.

I bought the tan ones, and I love them. I use for walking, especially up and down stairs. I need the cushioning on my knees and feet. I have bought New Balance for many years. They also come in a range of size no one else makes. I wear a size 12 AA ( narrow) and they 99 % of the time have them in stock.

You CANNOT discontinue this shoe....928v3 women's.

I have worn this style of shoe for years and I walk every day ..one day 2 miles the next 5I update my shoes once a yr and find it convenient to keep ordering the same style and size to be sent to the house.

I really enjoy wearing these shoes. They are very supportive and comfortable. The only thing that I changed was to make them no tie, so I could slip them on and off quickly.

Love how they look, subtle yet stylish. I wear them for walking. At first they seemed not very comfy but after a couple hours my feet were at home in them.

I wish you had more styles in women size 12 narrow

I have worn this same make and model of shoes for years (too many to count). I love them. They fit my feet (Wide width) perfectly, they are sturdy and they hold up beautifully. The pair I just received are grey but I also have a pair in black.

I stand on my feet at work and need support for my lower back. These are the best shoes for support

I have only worn these out running errands because they are too pretty to wear to the park to exercise.
