I have been wearing this New Balance model 928 for many years. I have tried other brands and other New Balance models but none were comfortable. I need both a Rollbar and SL2 last which this model provides. I have been trying to buy this model in my size for a year and it finally came back in stock. I am very pleased with the fit.

I love these walking shoes! They are very comfortable and have great stability.

I've worn the 928 shoe for several years. The shoe is well made, provides great support, has a roomy toe box, and, of course, looks good, too. I've developed a bunion on my right foot, so I've moved "up" to a Wide. I was so happy to discover that New Balance was making these shoes again after COVID.

Best shoes I ever owned. I buy the same ones every year. My feet are narrow and I wear orthotics. They fit perfectly.

This model of sneaker is the most comfortable I have ever worn. I have multiple and painful foot problems, yet my feet are happy all day in these black sneakers. As I can no longer wear high heels, low heels, flats, even sandals, I have geared my outfits to wear with these black sneakers, usually black slacks and then colorful tops and fanciful socks.

These shoes are the only ones wide enough for my feet. A podiatrist told me to buy them years ago , and although the model number has changed over the years, the fit has not. I love them. The shipping is quick.

This shoe has the stability I needed after surgery failed for a torn tendon. It took a while but I am able to walk a mile a day with a brace and orthopedic inserts. I am thrilled to be walking again. And these shoes have been there with me all the way.

I have persistent tendinitis and plantar faceitis and podiatrist has ordered these for me. I cannot wear any other shoe at all because the support is not there. I replace insoles with PowerStep insoles and I feel ok. I have worn this everyday for at least 4 years now. I only wish that there were more colors to choose from. I wear narrow but I definitely cannot wear any other style.

Helps my legs and feet get around all over the hospital where I work twelve hour nights!!

I have to wear braces on both legs and your walking sneakers are the best. Best fit, best support, best looking walking sneaker. I have been a long time wearer and was so distressed when they were not in stock. So glad they are back

The podiatrist told me to buy these shoes because my foot over pronates. These shoes are helping and they are comfortable too. Snazziers colors would be nice.

I love this shoe! It feels great from the first time I put them on. I walk 5 miles nearly every day, but these shoes do not need a "break in" time! I am sad to hear that this shoe has been discontinued, I hope that information is not correct! The wide toe box is perfect for me!

This is a life-saver shoe for me. I have lymphedema in both legs, ankle and feet, and it's being compounded by plantar fasciitis in my right foot. The pain of just trying to walk was unbelievable. I tried many OTC footbeds to no avail. My compression garment lady was the one who put me into this shoe! Instant relief, support, walkability, everything. This shoe is VERY supportive, although I will admit that I had to pull the footbed only to put a specialized footbed in designed for plantar fasciitis. I love that this shoe has a leather upper, which offers a lot of protection for the foot, not to mention the foot staying dry in the rain. New Balance is one of the FEW manufacturers of running/walking shoes that offers a vast choice of widths. I am in an 8-1/2 EEEE (extra extra wide). I bought my initial pair from my compression garment lady, but I immediately ordered a second pair from New Balance. When I find a great shoe, I want more than one!

Great shoe this is a replacement pair. Comfortable for walking on hot pavement.

I. have been wearing white new balance 928 for years. Lately, they have been hard to find in stock so I ordered two. So comfortable, especially with my orthotics.

I love my New Balance shoes and have been very distraught that I was unable to get them for a long time. I tried other brands, but none compared to these. I walk 3-5 miles a day and these shoes hold up and are more comfortable than any that I've tried.

I use this shoe as my outside, everyday shoe. Walking, shopping etc. I find it is a good fit, very comfortable and quite cushy. My orthotics fit well in this shoe.

Best fitting shoe in many tries. Keeps a wonky ankle from clicking.

This shoe, in white, is my overall favorite for its sturdy comfort and stability, as well as it accommodates my orthotics

I have shin splints and I bought these to help manage them. Recently I was on trip where I walked 20,000 steps a day and I didn't get shin splints at all. Amazing.
