Having a narrow width (8N) is always a challenge when purchasing shoes . These boots work for me , comfortable and nice looking . I’ve ordered some SoftWalk boots that were too tight in toe space but these weren’t. Very pleased with this purchase. As always Zappos being the great company it is returns are never a problem.

When I received these shoes, they looked like they had already been worn quite a bit. The toes had the suede worn down and were shiny, as well as the heels. I was so disappointed! I've never received shoes in this condition from Zappos before. As far as the shoe itself goes, they were very comfortable! I have a narrow foot and also have problems with my arch, and these felt good on both counts. Seeing the condition the shoes were in when I received them made me realize maybe getting suede is not such a good idea. But I do like this style so might try them in another kind of material.

Nice looking boot and good fit for my hard to fit feet. Wide toe box, narrow ankle. Sadly the toe of one fo the new boots arrived scuffed so I am exchanging.

I first ordered an 8, liked the padded sole so much and knew 1/2 size up should do it. Shipped to hotel during travel- needed those booties!! Fit was great (I do always add a 1/2 insole for arch support) but padding is great for lots of walking. SADLY first time out on street I scuffed the toe somehow (not enough of an accident to really look at my boot till back at hotel- the top layer of leather was peeled back! For this price, Soft Walk needs to improve their leather! Returning to try Blondos, May reorder and hope for a better pair soon- they are so comfortable.

Nice boots, worn them several times, they seem decently comfortable so far. Not much cushion or support.

These fit me well enough, seemed a bit loose, but that wasn't a critical issue. Loved the fact that I could use my orthotics. Mainly I felt that they were visually not exactly what I wanted. Too me, the heel looks too small proportionately to the rest of the shoe. I ordered a wide so maybe that was the problem - possibly the regular width is more proportionate to the heel.... But otherwise it's a cute shoe and I really wanted it to work. Moving on...

Feels half size small / short for sure on my right foot (not normal). I am ordering an 8.5 in hopes that’s all I need. Shipping to a hotel where we will be for 4 days with good amount of walking. Cushioned sole feels good, but not as much as hoped. Cute basic LOW heel bootie! Needed a saddle tan and haven’t seen another that is this low, good color.

I loved the feel of these. They were very comfortable. I have two other pairs of Soft Walk booties, both are size 71/2, but I needed an 8 in these. The only reason I returned them was because I wanted a darker grey color, so I chose the vionic.

Loved these boots when I bought them. Wore them into Manhattan and not too bad, but some width issues after couple hours. Wore them again today to an event and disappointed. I am usually medium-wide, depends on the brand. I ordered these in wide for heavier socks in winter. Folks, these are NOT wide, even with thin, fall socks. Order the double wide! I have very difficult feet....very high arch and wear a 10 1/2, which most manufacturers don't even make. The leather feels like butter, which I love..........but, regrettfully, I am ordering AGAIN, this time in DOUBLE WIDE and donating my recent purchase. I've tried 15 different boots from Zappos....surprised they haven't tossed me as a customer. Love u Zappos, and hope I love the double wides!!! (I WILL FIND BOOTS!)

Not quite as comfortable as the other 2 pairs that have. More narrow in the toe box.

Very comfortable footbed. Not very comfortable around the ankle.

There's something about these that I didn't love. They fit great, and are very cushioned (comfy), but I didn't like the bumpy black leather, and I didn't like the plain style of the front. They look exactly like they do in the photos, so I'm not sure why I ordered them (maybe because the brand is so comfortable). I just couldn't live with the plainness. If you like the style in the photos, you'll love these boots.

The fit was perfect. The ankle part was not too high. Some booties rub on the ankle bone, not these. Nice padding, comfortable to walk in on day one.

True to size and width. Scuffed on the first day after I tripped on the bus...and the leather is not that thick. Fixed with at home shoe kit, but wish the leather exterior was thicker.

These were comfortable in so many ways except the arch support didn't work for me. It felt forced (not a gradual rise) and hit in an odd spot. It felt like a large marble. Too bad because it's hard to find a nice match with a comfort shoe and style.

sorry to send these back. The front cuff hits the front of my lower leg when I walk and the edge is stiff. The innersole is wonderfully soft and they are cute shortie boots but not for me.

The arch support is very pronounced, like a lump under my arch. I found this uncomfortable, although I suppose it's something you could get used to. I ordered them in black, and I didn't care for how the black looked with the tannish heel. I think it would have looked better in black. Otherwise, a nice shoe.

Cute boots but they did look a bit wide from the top. The fit was good, it just made my feet look wide. The sole was very comfy and the arch support was amazing. The only thing I didn’t really like was that the way this boot is cut it sort of rubbed against the front of my ankle. I would not say that it was painful, but I prefer to wear no show socks with this type of boot and it was annoying to me to feel the boot on my ankle. I am sure that this is sort of a personal hang up, and for others is may not be an issue. Also if you plan to wear these with taller socks you might not notice it as much.

So like the other reviews stated, there is not much cushion but plenty of room to add an insert. Loose enough on the ankles as well.

I wasn't sure what to expect from these shoes but I am pleasantly surprised! They are soft and supportive in all the right places. Nothing fancy here – just a well-made, basic shoe.

Too wide in heel. Debated returning the booties. Using a pad on the heel. Width is a good fit for the toes. Sole is cushioned nicely making them comfortable.

I was not familiar with this brand so gave it a try. (Thank You Zappos for free shipping both ways!) These were just a tiny bit too long. I sent these back for the 9.5 Narrow which turned out to be perfect. I am so happy to find another brand I can wear. Currently it is mostly Stuart Weitzman and Van Eli in my closest. Every so often I can find something that fits at Nordstrom Rack from a brand I do not wear. Loooking forward to wearing these. They are very comfortable!
