I ordered 12.5, should have ordered a 13. Just a tad small - but after a few weeks it conformed to toes okay. Otherwise great shoe.

This is not the first pair of Nike Monarchs I have owned and that is the primary reason for this order. They are very comfortable and the black gives me a nice change from the white in the same shoe. Zappos, as always, did an excellent job. Thank you very much for existing.

I was so excited to get these shoes. The monarch air iv has been my go to since at least 2014 and when I saw this color, I had to have them. They feel different from my last pair (red and white). They feel a bit more narrow. The side by the outer ankle bone is taller, and it’s already rubbing my pinky toe wrong. A little bummed. I wore my last pair for almost 3 years and always chose them over my Hokas. I hope these can be “worn in”.

I had bought a pair of these a few years ago and loved them wore until this sole fell off so bought the exact same size in two styles. However, the newer shoes seem to run a little smaller unfortunately wore the black pair out and about so I could not return them I return the other pair and the 14 wide fit perfect

These are very wide, and they're bulkier than they seem on the website.

I'm a Letter Carrier. I walk ~11 miles a day. These shoes are comfortable, supportive, and seem to be fairly well made. My one complaint: they are, without a doubt, the noisiest shoes I've ever worn. They squeak. Constantly. On all surfaces (even grass). Even after a month of 11-ish miles a day, 5 days a week. They're well broken-in and still squeak like they're wet and I'm walking on linoleum. Absolutely maddening.

Wider than normal and longer too.

Bought these when they were $75 put a lot of outdoor walking on them, bottom line they lasted 90 days, 75 was a little too much money for that many days as with most manufacturers, quality was better in previous models or years, if you demand a lot from your shoes you may want to try a different model or manufacturer....

All was OK with size, comfort, and fit, but a personal dislike was in the way the laces kind of double-looped around the outside of the aglets to secure them. It made lacing and unlacing them a small bother for me.

I like these shoes BUT I have had two pairs of these and both had the sole peel away from the uppers long before the shoe was close the being worn out. I thought the first pair was a fluke, but the second pair died even faster

It was hurt my little finger when I wore it.

These shoes didn't have the cushion when walking that I wanted. I wasn't every happy with the style either.

I've been buying this particular model of Nike for years, this is probably the 10th pair I've bought. Unfortunately Nike has changed how they are made, they now have less cushion and less arch support. I am very disappointed.

Shoes are OK but I want better quality from NIKE. I returned them.

the fit was normal for nike. i had to throw these away in 2 months because they severely hurt my feet. i put over 10k steps a day on my feet & these are not meant for that. these shoes are for casual use only.

Zappos sent a 10.5 when I actually ordered an 11.5. Had to send back

Great shoe for a few weeks, then the squeaking started, the soles are falling apart. I had this happen a couple of times with a white pair. Unfortunately I have had these to long to return them. I bought them to have shoes when my other ones wore out.

Length was fine. Width in the toe box was too narrow. I guess I need the extra wide in this particular shoe.

Until wearing Air Monarch IV’s, I was having daily foot pain from those “Waffle Patterned, no slip work shoes”. These shoes are poorly glued together. Shoe Goo is now kept nearby. That said, they are the most comfortable shoe I’ve EVER worn. Squeak was a factor for only A few days and left on its own. I’ve now worn them for two years and I weigh 250.

Nike Air Monarch 4 are very ugly. However, I need hybrid shoes and the market for crosstrainers, right now, is very poor, in my opinion. I'm even playing around with Adidas Strutter and that goes against my philosophy, because I always wear Adidas top and bottom, and prefer Nike shoes, so that I can have some variety of brands on me. I'm also planning to get Nike Cross Trainer 3. They will be next in line for me. $120 though. I used to like Nike footwear a lot; I think they have deteriorated. I want them to make some high top leather/synthetic crosstrainers and soccer cleats ( like they used to). Come on Nike, make some good shoes, please. Adidas shoes are weak. Most other shoe brands are garbage, as well. I want to keep my style of Adidas clothing, Nike shoes going...

I have had many pairs of these Nike shoes, the Monarch IV. At least the last 3 pairs, all had a problem with the left shoe having a squeaking noise in the sole area. Like the inside components of the sole are not properly glued together, and it gets worse with time. Also it seems to lose the support of the left foot.

Uncomfortable. Old shoes were 101/2 and these were 11. Too small

Seems like a good, comfortable shoe with strong support; however, fully a half-size too small in length, and also too narrow (despite being marked 4-E), compared to usual athletic shoes. Reminded me of why (one reason, at least) I stopped buying Nike many years ago

The thing that stands out while walking besides the width of the shoe is that it makes a squeaking noise while waking.

SQUEAKY!!!! Every step they Squeak.very comfortable, all black-perfect for my job ...but....Felt like clown shoe noises. I stopped wearing them.
