I’m a nurse and have been wearing Five Fingers while working the floors working 12 hr shifts for about 5 years. Comparatively, these feel about 1/2 size smaller than the runners that I’ve purchased many times before but I’m hoping they will stretch a bit over time as my other have.

I can’t compare them to other Vibram styles because this is my first pair, but I have worn other similar shoes (Fila Skeletoes) and these are much more comfortable. It’s definitely a good idea to wear them for short periods if you aren’t used to toe shoes, but they are very comfortable if/once you’re used to having your toes separated in shoes.
