This is a beautiful shoe, and it runs true to size. I got it in the purple and it's gorgeous! I love the heel height. I don't do well in really high heels and often feel unstable, but not in these pumps. Highly recommend.

Over the holidays both my 18 year old daughter and I needed a black pump. After searching locally I ordered 4 pairs from Zappos. Both of us loved this one. It is not a super high heel but high enough to be formal, if needed. It was incredibly comfortable and looked great with pants for me and a skirt for my daughter. Zappos, as usual, was excellent, shipping super fast and processing the returned pairs.

These shoes are amazing! I can walk around work/town in these heels all day. I bought the red ones and have received so many compliments. I highly recommend these shoes and plan on buying another pair in another color.

I have almost given up on heels because I've come to value comfort too much to deal with them, but these shoes are very cute AND surprisingly comfortable.

Love these shoes! They're very comfortable, perfect heel height for work or weekends. A classic. I also wear them a lot with jeans to dress them down.

Best pump ever! So comfortable, nice heel height, and enough room in the toe box. And cute! The best part of these shoes is the pad under the ball of the foot - it has a non-slippery surface so you can wear your slippery nylons, but your feet still stay in the shoe nicely and don't slip forward. I bought these in the neutral (gold) color and the red, and now I'm getting my third pair in the black patent.

I love these shoes they are comfortable and look wonderful. If I am not wearing them I just want to look at them. They are art!

Great pump for work. Roomy toe box and cut very well. I have bunions on both feet and was able to wear these pumps all day (on my feet giving presentations) without any hose. It was a risk I took, but as soon as I put them on in the morning, I just knew I would be good all day. Great heel height, very flattering.

Good fit. Moderately comfortable. Color is a dull gold. A little too expensive, but a very classy-looking shoe!

These shoes are very pretty, but unfortunately they ran small. I normally wear a 10N, but could easily get a whole size bigger in this shoe. I was sad they had to be sent back.

Love this pump! I had tried it on at a store, but the 11 was too small and the 12 was too big. Luckily, I found it on Zappos in 11.5 and it's perfect. Good toe room and nice heel height.

These are really nice shoes. I wore them for the first time to a wedding where I was on my feet for much of the evening and my feet felt great. I bought the B width and it was perfect even with my bunion.

Beautiful pump. I have been looking for a neutral heel for a long time. This shoe is perfect for me because the heel is not too high, but just high enough. They are very comfortable, as well. I bought the Sabbia smack patent. It is a touch more gold that I was expecting but still a great neutral shade and I think the toe box is a great shape. It is not too pointy or too rounded. Sexy toe cleavage. I highly recommend this shoe.

I purchased these shoes for my wedding, and didn't take them off 'til the night was over! Very comfortable, and everyone loved that I wore red shoes under my dress. I have narrow feet and the standard M width fit fine. Perfect pump!

I ordered a size 9.5 and 9 of the white satin shoe for my wedding. I ordered several other shoes and thought this was the most comfortable shoe. It has a good heel height which I am used to given a lot of my pumps that I wear to work are approximately the same height. I like the rounded toe - my toes have room and are not scrunched. I think the shoe is beautiful and practical and will be perfect for the big wedding day. In terms of sizing, I ended up keeping the size 9 and returning the size 9.5. I am normally between a size 9 and 9.5, it just depends on the shoe. I think this shoe runs slightly large and if you are in between sizes, you might want to go with the smaller size.

I bought these because I already have (and worn) the black patent. I have not worn them yet, but I'm very happy with the color. It is even prettier than in the photo - has a bit of iridescence. A good neutral with a little something extra.

Fabulous shoe and so comfortable! I don't usually like wearing heels but these were a pleasure, like walking on air! They resemble those pricey Christian Loubatons without the price tag and much more comfortable!

These shoes are classic, beautiful, elegant, and sexy! I ordered them from another site, since Zappos was not carrying then in Narrow (and now that they do, they are sold out). However, I hope to be able to get another pair in the beige (I bought the black patent). If you have a narrow foot, these are the pumps for you. My feet are difficult to fit. These are usually the only brand that fits is Stuart Weitzman, so these represent a genuine find! I also love that they have a genuine leather sole, something that you almost never see at this price point. I hope that VANELI reads these reviews. Please, please make the same shoe in black suede for winter, and please, please do not discontinue this style! Note, I gave it 4 stars for comfort only because it could use a little more padding under the ball of the foot.

I had been looking for a comfortable black dress pump with a more rounded toe. I orderd this shoe and wore it for the first time. The shoe is true to size, fits snug, initially, then conforms to the foot very comfortably - lightweight, and very attractive on. I am very pleased. I can wear to work, and walk in all day with no complaints - lots of compliments, too!

I bought these for a trip to Vegas. They look great and fit my narrow foot well, but the balls of my feet were killing me after the first night. I put in a set of cushion pads in the toes and the problem was solved the next time out! Love these!

These shoes are very attractive shoes for work. The heel is skinny but doesn't look too high for work attire, especially with pants. I would consider myself to have normal width feet for my size and the shoes fit well.

Normally I wear an 8 N or 8.5 N depending on the style of shoe. I ordered the 8.5 N because of the rounded toe. Perfect! I bought them to wear to a fashion show and luncheon. Too cute for words, style, and the fact, they can be worn year round. Could I wear them all day, no. But perfect for me!

I love, love, these shoes. I bought them in red and in taupe. The heel is comfortable as is the footbed. I wear a 7.5 AA and these are true to size. I am never disappointed with Vaneli Shoes.
