I ordered a pair of the red patent leather. They are beautiful and incredibly comfortable. I wore them all day with no discomfort like with other heels. The leather interior is a touch of luxury, really makes a difference. Overnight shipping is awesome.

As many others have mentioned, this shoe runs small. I normally wear a 7N in a Vaneli, but had to exchange for a 7.5N, which fit perfectly. The reason I buy Vaneli shoes is because they are made with all leather, even the soles, and made for comfort. You can wear these shoes all day and your feet won't get tired. I love them and Zappos, too. Zappos' commitment to service is undeniable. I returned the first pair yesterday and had the exchanged pair on my doorstep this afternoon.

I love this shoe! I wear a N and it fits perfectly. I have it in black patent and gray suede. It is simple and classic. This shoe is the most comfortable heel I have ever worn.

Love this shoe! Wanted a red shoe to go with my blue with white polka dot dress. This was perfect. Very comfortable. Wore them all day with no problems. I have a wide foot so I love the rounded toe.

It is noted that shoe measurements may vary by size. Suppose that's why the 2 pairs of 4M have a heel with a definite 2-1/2 inches not the 3 inches in the description. But that's okay. This is one slick shoe. Will never go out of style. The red is a to die for shade, like a candy apple red. Gorgeous!

It's a beautiful pair of shoes. Although it's not something I can wear to work (because it has a shine), it is definitely something I can wear on occasions.

Great for wide feet. Wore these shoes to a wedding and was able to keep them on all night. I could've sized down a half size but ordered my true size to keep the width consistent. I put a heel cushion in the back and they were perfect.

I love these shoes. They are a very classic look; sleek, well-fitting. They are also comfortable. I usually wear a medium width, but wear the narrow in Vaneli.

These shoes were really nice but showed a little too much toe cleavage for me. Unfortunately I bought them for work, and I didn't think the toe cleavage would be acceptable for my workplace. Sadly I had to return them - they were very cute!

My black Vaneli pumps are a perfect fit - exactly an 8N. My heart sang when I put them on and my feet dance when I walk! I hope they come out with a tan in the same style. I will be the first online for them.

Classic shoe that extends beyond the office! My only complaint is the patent scuffs easily, but that happens with anything patent. Definitely has a 3" heel.

Pleasantly surprised! This pump fits great, looks great, leather is nice and for the price wow! Does not look cheap! This is the shoe to wear on a conservative day when you don't want your shoes to stand out or want people to know the small fortune you spend on shoes.

These shoes are a beautiful shade of purple and one of my favorite colors. The heel is not too high, but high enough to be very fashionable. Even though the shoes have a rounded toe, the shoe is still true to size. I wear a 7 1/2 N and the shoe fits perfectly. I was on a waiting list to get the shoes and was delighted to get the notice from wonderful Zappos that they had them in stock again.

This shoe is great. I read other people's review about getting a bigger size but I still got my regular shoe size and it was just right. This shoe is great to decorate your own.

This is it! I finally have my wedding shoes! I am thrilled with the comfort and the height of the heal on this shoe! The only thing, I have no arches on my feet and I will have to get supports, but that's not because of the shoe - it's because of my feet. This is a classic shoe, with great style and comfort. Highly recommended.

I was looking for a nice, black suede heel that was: not too pointy, not too high, and comfortable. Impossible? Almost. I ordered four different pairs on Zappos - Vaneli Undine, Luichiny Fan C, rsvp Rossela, and Gabriella Rocha Gezzina. I'm not sure what's up with designers all making crazy sky high shoes that are so bad for our feet. It seems impossible to find any heels or boots under 4" high! Here are my thoughts below on the four pairs of shoes and what I finally chose. 1. rsvp Rossela These were way too pointy and looked a bit like "witch shoes." They look extra pointy because the toe rise is pretty deep, which makes the whole front foot area look longer. The kitten heel was a bit uncomfortable to walk in. The heel was super low, so if you're looking for something like this, it could be a good option for you. I personally thought it was too low to wear with a formal dress, due to the height. 2. Vaneli Undine These were cute, and the most expensive pair I ordered. They are very comfortable, but have a very round toe - which is good if you're into that. I could imagine them looking cute with a retro-looking outfit. They were comfortable, and overall a good buy if you want that style. They were too round for me. 3. Almost my final choice, Grabriella Rocha Gezzina. These were the perfect heel height, and super comfortable considering they're heels and very inexpensive. I did think they were a little too pointy after trying them on with a few dresses. They didn't have as much versatility as the final chosen pair but definitely a good choice if you want a more angular, contemporary look. 4. And my final choice - Luichiny Fan C. A good fit, they were the highest heel out of the four choices - which I wasn't crazy about - but the overall kind-of-round, kind-of-pointy toe matched most of my outfits. It was a middle priced shoe and is made well for that price. The style makes it super versatile for dressing up or down. It's odd they don't make a 9 1/2 size, which is what I usually wear. I went with the 9, which I can fit, since the 10s would be too big. Can't wait to wear them out!

Love he look, but it didn't fit, the 9 was a bit too long (heel didn't slip out it just came out). I returned it then ordered the 8.5 and it just killed my toes. It cut in right at the base of my toes. Admittedly the 9 wasn't the most comfortable in the toe box area but I didn't expect such a difference in just half a size. Well all of you who can fit in this shoe are lucky, I am jealous it didn't fit. My foot type is wide, wide toe box, flat foot, (I refer to them as scandanavian/whelsh feet).

Color was a little darker than pictured. Other than that fit was great, heel height good. Could walk all day.

I really like this shoe. It is a pure white, which is what I need. I have narrow feet and need to order my shoes online. Zappos is great for returning/exchanging shoes. It is so easy with the label and free shipping.

After trying for months to find the perfect black patent pump, this one proved to be the best. The fit, style, heel height and overall quality were perfect, a great balance between comfortable and sexy. The skinny heel is very flattering without being obscenely high.

I love these shoes. I have them in every color. I am on my second pair of black leather and black patent. This taupe is my newest and promises to be a favorite. This shoe is perfect for the working girl. The classic style goes with everything and, even better, the shoe is very comfortable. The quality is excellent. I hope they never stop making this shoe.
