Felt like I was going to trip while walking in them

Hoka's are great except for their extra large logo. They're missing an entire market of people who would wear their shoes in a bit more professional/formal setting by bad branding.

Why did they change from the Bondi 8? I have been breaking these new 9's in and now am afraid to wear them with socks of any thickness because they are so tight. My size hasn't changed-I bought other shoes in my same size and they are fine so this is a Bondi problem. Won't buy again.

These Bondi 9s feel bulky and feel like you’re walking in mud. It feels hard to move forward. The plentiful cushioning works against you. The tongue is not compliant in that it won’t stay up when I try to put my foot in the shoe. It makes it difficult to put them on. I think these shoes might be good for standing but not good for walking.

No support what so ever I ordered extra wide and still too narrow around the sides the Bondi 8 was better I do t understand a this cushy has no support. It makes no sense.

I had the previous version of the Bondi and they were comfortable and great for long walks. This version feels very different and is actually causing my toes to go numb and a fair amount of soreness. I really didn’t notice when first putting them on, it really was 20-30 min into a walk that the discomfort started. I can’t quite figure out if it’s the stiffer cushion or something about the shape.

Big (negative) change from Bondi 8. Gone is the super plush comfort. There's less padding beneath the ball of your foot and instead of ultra cushioning, it's like walking on a firm air mattress. Nowhere near as comfortable.

I had a Bondi 8 that I wore walking on many an international travel and loved them. When they finally wore out, I purchased this pair of Bondi 9 in the same size. They felt wonderful! I have only been able to wear them two times because although they feel great for the first half hour to an hour, after a while my right foot is extremely uncomfortable making them unwearable. Since they felt great for the first bit of time, I didn't save the packaging and can't return. But something is definitely very different (and wrong for me) about this Bondi 9 shoe. I have never had this happen to me with any other shoes I've owned, so I'm pretty certain it's the shoe and not me. A very expensive mistake and I won't buy Hoka's again.

I wish I could return these, but tried them for a few days to see if I just needed to break them in. This is my 4th pair of Hoka Bondi and this new version 9 is not the same. Giving shin splints from just walking my dog around the neighborhood.

I really wanted to love these and did when I wore them in my house to try. The first day I wore them out they hurt my feet so bad I had to take them off. I threw away the box when I wore them in my house so I can’t return them.

I have been wearing the Hoka Bondi 8. The most comfortable shoe I ever owned. I was so excited to receive my new pair. Unfortunately, although both shoes are 8.5 wide, the Bondi 9 toe box is smaller. You can see the difference just looking at the shoe. I really expected the sizing to be the same. I am very disappointed.

I recently started wearing Hokas after spending years in Brooks. I love these shoes. It is like walking on clouds.

I always like this shoe a lot. This time the pink was SO MUCH BRIGHTER than what it looked like in the picture. I just couldn't handle having that much bright bubble gum pink on my feet.

Currently having a lot of heel pain. These shoes helped

These are miracle shoes for my plantar fasciitis! I highly recommend them!

I was concerned based on other reviews that these shoes would run narrow so I also ordered the wide. No need- the regular fit perfectly. It took a day or two of walking for the comfort to kick in and now I never want to take them off!

I have a bunion on my right foot which is smaller than my left foot. These shoes accommodated both feet. Not only were they comfortable they felt secure with no slipping on my right heel. My gait was normal in these shoes. I completely forget about my feet and simply enjoy walking. They are as comfortable as Crocs underfoot. Will be buying more of the HOKA Bondi 9.

I love Hokas. They are so much better than any other shoes I’ve owned.

Love my Bondi 9s! Really like the new styling. So comfortable and makes my foot look smaller than the Bondi 8. Wish the navy color was available in Wide width.

I left an unfavorable review a while ago but have totally changed my mind. After ordering a second pair and changing up my orthotic to a lesser arch support the Bondi is exceptional! They are super comfy and I am no longer experiencing foot pain. I think I finally got it right! I ordered the wide width which allows room for a bunion.

My favorite Bondi, but this pair I had to reorder in an XWIDE rather than just a wide. Love these shoes

This Hoka Bondi 9 is true to size. I have a very narrow foot and after reading your reviews of Hokas--I picked this to order. It fits beautifully on my narrow size 10 feet. It is very comfortable and has a lot of cushioning.
