Have loved these shoes but just over a month in a piece of the sole is coming off. Going to exchange and see if I have better luck on the next pair.

I like how the shoe looks. It has the Bondi comfort, but I find the toe bed narrower than the Bondi eight. I prefer the wider toe bed.

I love the support and stability these shoes offer. They do seem to run a little small, I ordered my standard size originally but had to exchange for a half size bigger. The colors are nice and bright. Unfortunately the tread almost completely fell off the bottom of the right shoe after about 3 months of wearing. I did send them back to Hoka for a warranty which hopefully they honor, but it's a pain to have to do.

i generally buy hoka's bondi 7 which were great!!! the bondi 9's regular width are too narrow. I returned. Now returning the wide width because they feel just as tight in the toe box as the regular width. Very disappointed that hokas changed the design in the toe box to make the bondi's more narrower. I will purchase something else.

These are a great alternative to Altra for someone who has wide feet and high arches. There was no break in period, just comfortable for miles from day one. Yay for Hoka Bondi 9!

These sneakers are great. But didn’t need the color right now

I love the color! That tangerine is very pretty. And I love the height as well. I'm only 5'3" and it gives me some much needed reach. I have a very narrow gait, and the shoes do not hit when I walk. The stability is good without being cumbersome. However, they are a bit snug--not too long, but they seem to squeeze and rub from the top, so I have to really loosen the laces. I don't want to return them, but I wouldn't pay that much for Hokas again.

I could not have survived post hip replacement without these wide Hokas. My feet swelled one whole size, no one else had a 10/5 in a wide. Gentleman from zappos in Jamacia made sure my order was placed. Thank you

A terrible re-do of the Bondi 8. Fits totally differently. Smaller toe box. Awful.

I ended up reordering this shoe in a wide. It felt narrow across the toe box. Overall a nice shoe!

Shoes felt great when walking a straight line, but when walking indoors, and turning corners, the broad heel does not allow my foot to fall the way it needs to.

Very comfortable.. Lots of support for rolling ankles and provides stability.

Have purchased several of the Bondi's - the black is a useful color for general wear. Love the colored ones; wore the white with bright yellow soles and had many compliments at the airport and by stewardesses - one who wanted to buy some if she could get black (for work).

Bondi 9’s are absolutely the best! Discovered while suffering with bilateral hip osteoarthritis. The cushioning got me through some painful moments. They still serve me well post hip replacements!!

Disappointed – Not Orthotic-Friendly I’ve worn Bondis for years, but the Bondi 9 is the first to cause foot pain. The sole was redesigned and is now carved out under the arch, so if you use orthotics, your insert won’t be fully supported. This change made them uncomfortable for me — disappointing update.

They’re OK. The fit is OK, but it is definitely a different shoe from the Bondi 8. It was the cushion that set the Bondi 8 apart from other shoes, and the 9 just does not have it. They did away with it. And the colors aren’t as good. More mundane. It’s a shame.

The right foot fit perfect but the left foot on the outside is so tight and causes pain. It has to be a defect in the shoe. It feels like it goes up on the outside when it should be flat.

Suggested by my podiatrist. They are PERFECT for my arthritic feet and back!! Normally I wear a 7.5 M in tennis shoes but the size 7 M fit perfectly. They even fit better than my previous BONDI 8 which I also love. All shoes fit differently on different people, but I suggest give these a go at least. Zappos’ return policy is great and quick if you need to try another style!

I’m a size 5, and B width in most every shoe. I know from experience that Hokas run narrow, so I ordered Bondis in wide width (D). But! They feel both too tight and too small—even with thin socks. (Unlike my previous Cliftons which were perfect at 5/D.). I’m exchanging for a half size larger…wish me luck!

Bought these shoes for my wife who spends most of her day on her feet. She doesn’t have foot problems but she finds her feet more relaxed at days end. She is adjusting to the additional weight but doesn’t feel burdened by it. I believe all of the many reviews to be accurate.

Recommended by my orthopedic foot surgeon and podiatrist. Great cushioning…puts spring in your step.
