Nice shoe but a bit wide and not enough support.

A bit on the large/ wide size. The arch support was not enough for me, but there was room for my added arch support inserts. Mainly, I was disappointed in the lack of support in general as the shoe was very soft and too flexible for what I need. I felt like I would slop around in it too much. I will try a conventional tie style and see how that goes. A great looking shoe, and I like the breathable fabric.

They were stiffer than I expected and they came up high on the sides so that they touched my ankles. Not a lot of arch support

I have two pair of the Cloud 5 and love them. After wearing them almost daily for a couple of years its time to replace them. The Cloud 5 is nowhere to be found so I tried the Cloud 6, hopeful that it would be an even better version of the Cloud 5. I ordered the same size as my 5s but these felt extra big both in length and width. The support didn't seem to be there either. Returned.

It was very tight across my instep.

Fit is good. But the fabric tore at the side of my toe on both shoes after 5-6 months. I can typically get away with buying new shoes every 10-12 months. Wasn’t expecting them to break down so quickly, especially for the price.

too wide in toe box. Not as comfortable as the OC 5.

I have the On Cloud 5 and love it. This felt much stiffer and less comfortable. The toe box is wider than on the OC 5, which detracts from the shoe's looks in my opinion.

I didn't like the style on my foot!

These were too short and not what I expected: they looked dowdy!

I would have to say the shoes overall is a comfortable shoe. I bought this shoes for my daughter who works as a a pharmacy technician and is on her feet 10 to 12 hour days. The only thing I would rate 1 star is the fact that when I received the shoes the bottoms were dirty like someone wore them and around the ankle part the material was dirty with dirt marks.

The length was perfect but the width was tight and uncomfortable.

These were definitely not as comfortable as other On brand shoes that I have purchased before. I got them mostly for the pink color but I might be returning because of not being as comfortable as I was hoping to.

The sizing of this brand is inconsistent. I ordered a 10 instead of my usual sneaker size (10.5) since I ordered a 10.5 in a different style of their sneakers and it felt 1/2-1 size too big. I also don't think the quality is that great for the price.

My left foot really FELT that arch support to the point where it was uncomfortable, hence I am returning these. Sad. I own two pairs of "Cloud" and really like them.

This is a beautiful shoe, and looks nice on a larger foot. It's made to slide into, also. It's not clunky-looking and over-padded like some sneakers. Unfortunately, when shoe manufacturers get into sizes 11 and 12, the variations in size become more apparent. I wanted to love this shoe but it was wide and big overall, like a 'unisex' size, although long enough for my toes. The sides also rubbed on one ankle bone. Even thick socks didn't help. With regret, I am sending these back.

These don’t have enough arch support. The heel needs a bit more height. Feels like my heel is lower than my toes. The tongue comes almost to my ankle and feel uncomfortable because they’re tight. Wrong style for me. I wore this style about 10 years ago but doesn’t work now.

Beautiful shoe but tight with athletic shoes- less than 1/2 “ in frontI am size 8 in regular shoes and based on recommendations , I ordered that size. Shoes were not comfortable even with thinner socks.

I have 2 On Cloud 6 and this black pair feels narrow and low toe box. I love Zappos’ customer service!!!

Liner puckered in two placed on each sneaker from stuffing material — ruined a chance of comfort. Wasteful and sloppy
