Both sneakers had a puckered liner that hurt my feet — when inserting the form fillers they ruined each liner and created two puckering liners that would cause blisters and hurt me. Sloppy and wasteful.

This would be a great shoe but it was to narrow. Returning.

I have over a dozen pairs of Zapps and love all of them. But the last few pairs feel too wide and they squeek.

Uncomfortable. Didn't feel like sneakers at all. I was really surprised at how not cushion-y they felt. Disappointing because they fit great.

Attractive looking shoe, but very uncomfortable. I felt like I was walking barefoot on concrete.

So sad that there was such a drastic change from On Cloud 5 to On Cloud 6. The shoe has no 'give' and sorry to say they skimped on the product. Bring back the true On Cloud 5.

These shoes are hard, have zero arch support and have a strange bulge of fabric on the inner part of both shoes between the ball of foot and the heel. They are almost pushing my foot to pronate. This is such a bummer since I love my cloud 5’s.

I wanted to like these but the fit is just not right. I find the left shoe to me overly tight. I also find my feet very uncomfortable and sore by the end of the day. I would not order these again or recommend.

Disappointed with arch support

Too small.

The shoe size in length was true to size, but the shoe felt too small because the instep was so tight. I have a high arch and it was very uncomfortable. The shoe is very light, barely weights a thing!

The cloud 6 is definitely shorter in the same size than the cloud 5. Also, they have hardly been worn and the left shoe has developed a squeaky sound with every step.

Why so narrow? The "toe box" was fine, but the middle section was so narrow it was painful, even if the laces were undone. I do have a high instep", but still! Even sized up a half a size. The rest of the shoe is fine. Have to return these...

Sadly this pair ripped on both shoes on the side by the little toe and I am returning them. First time this has happened to me with ON shoes and I only had them for a short time.

Zappos sent me sneakers with yellow stains all over them! Not great quality control. Not the sneaker's fault. They are sending new ones but I'm stressing about getting them in time for my vacation.

No cushion support inside shoe

I have tried to order the Women's Cloud 6 in size 10.5 MEDIUM several times through Zappos and also through On website. Each time I receive a 10.5 WIDE, which is too wide for me. The customer service at Zappos has be understanding and encouraged me to order again, feeling that the wrong item being sent had been a warehouse mistake. According to their computer, the warehouse had my size in stock, but for some reason the wrong item was being sent repeatedly. (In contrast the On customer service was non existant.) I have given up on obtaining the correct size for me in this shoe.
