I bought these in November of 2012. They're very cute and fit wonderfully. I keep these in my desk at work and don't where them anywhere but my office even though I wear them often. I could probably count the times these shoes have touched pavement on 1 hand. That said, about 6 months in the weave broke in one spot on the left shoe. Now a little over a year the weave has snapped in different places on both shoes and they've stretched. Now the flop around when I walk. As much as I like the shoe, its durability leaves something to be desired.

I bought these because they are cute, and because I can't handle a totally flat shoe; however, they are tight across the ball of my foot and over time seemed to morph into an inward shape. They were good for a while but ultimately went to the shoe graveyard.

These shoes are okay. They are not leather, and so my feet sweat. I think they run a bit big because they rub up and down on the side of my heel leaving a blister. I'm planning to donate them to charity.

I am on the fence. These are very cute and flattering shoes and would go great with a lot of outfits. But the leather is stiff and I can tell there is some 'break-in' time required. My worry is that by the time they are comfortable, the leather will appear creased or 'used'.

I have wide feet but narrow heels. I bought these in WW width. I was thrilled because they look the same as the 90's Cole-Haan flats I used to wear and love. I also liked that they are priced within my current budget and WW needs. The first time I wore these they shredded the backs of my heels. The blisters were the size of half dollars on the outsides of my feet and at the top edge of the shoes. A couple months later, and unwilling to give up, I wore them again with the same result. They just don't work for me, they're too stiff in the heel and the back of the shoe tends to be thin and fairly sharply edged. Haven't had a shoe treat me this way in a long time. Too bad.

I'm a loyal Zappos customer and have a pair of these shoes in black that I love! Since they were so comfortable when I first put the on, I thought I'd get a pair in navy and brown. How disappointed I was that the Navy looked exactly like the Black-could not tell a difference. And the brown, although the same size as the others was so narrow I could not get my foot in them ( box and shoe said M width) I might try to order brown again to see if it was just a one time defect. If the shoes are made uniformly then I'd give them 5 stars..but disappointed in my experience in ordering different colors.

Have worn this style before, but this pair didn't come up to usual standards. Right toe box squeaked. Left shoe way too tight. Zappos service? As usual, it rocks!

Love the look of this shoe and it goes well with a suit, jeans, just about anything. And so hard to find a good navy or grey shoe these days. But it's a squeeze as it runs on the narrow side and I don't have a wide foot. In fact, I'm usually looking for a more narrow fit. Length is great, as opposed to some shoes where your toe is pushing for room. I'm keeping it because I'm hoping it will stretch out as I wear it. Hope it's not a mistake because if it stretches and they ever get more colors back in stock in size 7.5, I'll order more. I may try a size up, just to see, but I think the heel is likely going to be too wide and will slip off my foot.

These shoes are very rigid and will require that you break them in. Even then they are not the most comfortable shoes. They look good though.

I'm a regular size 7 medium, but this 7 medium felt like a 6. I could barely get my foot into it. I have another pair of different style Trotters, size 7 M. Fit great, love them. Maybe this shoe was mismarked?

These shoes were a hard leather and felt very uncomfortable on my feet. I have bones sticking out and my feet hurt all the time. I wear an 8 1/2N or S or a 9 N/S and I felt the width was a little large. They are nice looking though.

These are adorable, but run small and narrow. I was disappointed at the quality. The picture makes them look a lot classier than real life.

I generally have difficulty finding shoes at retail stores that fit my narrow feet so when I saw these I did not hesitate to order then in narrow size. When I received them I could barely get them on so returned them for regular width. Even regular width is snug and stiff but bearable, hope they will give some with wear. I got them in pewter which is a nice neutral color.

These shoes are initially very comfortable, but then 2 nails were coming up in the interior sole, they were replaced and the replacement pinched the top of my foot, I couldn't wear them after 4 hours.

My left shoe keeps slipping off my heel. I didn't notice it until after I wore them outside. Hopefully I can get some heel grips to solve the problem. Otherwise the shoes are very comfy. I ordered wide; maybe the left shoe was mismarked and was a WW.

I have narrow and long feet. I was hoping that these would fit, but the heel is too wide. As soon as they break in, I would be walking out of them.

I have ordered this style, Liz, in the past, in a size 8 W, which has always been comfortable. This order, however, in the same size, ran narrow. I kept the shoe hoping it will stretch, but it is uncomfortable. The next time, I will order a 2W.

Nice looking shoe but it cuts into the back of my heel. I've worn it already otherwise I'd return it.

This sat just a bit too high up on my foot and the leather was very stiff, so that when I walked it dug into my foot. Most people would just "break them in", but I have very sensitive feet, so back in the box they go.

These shoes are very cute, but I had to send them back because they were too small. I may try ordering one size up.

Felt like slippers once I put them on so I decided to keep them. By the end of the day felt like a vice at the ball of my foot. I guess they're a little too narrow for me there. I also expected with the woven design they would loosen up, but haven't at all at the end of the third day.

Good looking shoe but too narrow in the toebox. Had to send them back.

I have only worn these shoes once, but expect to get some use out of them. That said, I do not love them. While they look narrow, they don't feel narrow, and I had a little trouble keeping them on my feet. Story of my life. Plus, they run a wee bit big (I always wear an 8, but I could've used a 7-1/2).

I ordered these shoes twice. I returned the first shoes as the finish wore off the first 3 weeks. I ordered another pair and the same thing is happening but not to the same extent.
