I discovered Trotters Liz shoes quite a few years ago! I have not worn anything since! They are comfortable from the first day of wear. I love them. I have several pair in different colors. Before I started wearing them my feet hurt all the time. Now I don't suffer at all! Thank you Trotters!

I love these shoes for summer office attire. Very comfortable and attractive with office slacks or dresses. Very little breaking in. Pretty comfortable from the beginning.

Very comfortable shoe. I purchased because I have tile floors and needed a soft bottom shoe. I can wear these all day without my legs or feet getting tired.

I really don\'t like to mail-order any shoes because I am difficult to fit, but I took a chance because I really liked this item and had been looking for navy flats for a long time unsuccessfully. I am completely satisfied with my purchase and will not hesitate to use Zappos again.

I love these shoes! The leather was soft so there was no need to break them in and they were comfortable from day one. Not only do I wear a large size shoe (size 12) but I also have wide feet and a high instep so it's very hard to find flats that don't make my feet look huge, but these are great. I keep getting compliments on the shoes and no one believes they are a size 12WW.

I love my Trotters, but I really love Zappos! I wear AAA and AAAA shoes, so I'm not picking up shoes at Walmart. But Zappos carries lots of narrow shoes. And how can I go wrong? They pay shipping for me to try them on, and if they're not right, they pay shipping for me to return them -- and the folks are so nice! I'm not usually this enthusiastic, but these folks really provide service with a smile.

The shoes are, of course, great and comfy. I've bought them before. But the greatest part is the service from Zappos. Incredible speed and free shipping. Who can ask for more?

I needed a casual, navy flat. Even this is a little conservative, it certainly is comfortable and true to size and width (9W). It does look good with pants, skirts, and shorts. The leather is soft and forgiving for all day wear. Hurray for Zappos service! It's the best.

These are really the first shoes that I have ordered that truly fit my narrow foot. They still gap just a little at the sides when I walk, but my heel doesn't slip like they do in a double A, These are 10 AAA. they are very good looking, go with everything and seem timeless. To me they are more a gold color than a pewter. I even ordered them in a black.

Well, I think I found a low heeled comfortable loafer for work. These shoes are very comfortable and my toes are not scrunched. I did have a scratchy leather spots on the heels of my right foot, but I buffed them down with a sandpaper nail file. No break in period required. I\'m giving this show 4 stars for comfort because of the scratchy bits on my heel; otherwise the shoe is comforable. I am usually an 8.5 wide for my right foot in Clarks, but I\'ve been going with a 9 W in other shoes to make sure my toes are scrunched. In this shoe, the sides do gape a little when I am standing, but that can be fixed with insoles. Plenty of wiggle room and they look great!

These are very comfortable shoes, I will purchase them again when this pair wears out. This is the perfect casual shoe providing an extra touch of style from the weaving design.

Love the shoes for all day comfort. I get compliments on these shoes from people with much smaller feet. Trotter makes a good quality for a good price.

I bought these in my normal size (6-1/2) but they were too tight. The size 7 was just right. They are really comfortable, and very stylish. I've been showing them off to people and getting lots of compliments. I was really pleased with Zappos' return policy, making it easy to return the smaller size and at no cost, and I received the new size the next day.

A stylish, comfortable, true to size fit with these beautiful pair of Trotters. Always a great pair of shoes for rounding off any accessories. Dress up those jeans with these Trotters or add them to complete that little black dress ensemble.

Very nice shoes, exactly what I was looking for: great-looking flats for work. They are very versatile. They work well with pants or skirts. I ordered the first pair in my usual size (10)and had to exchange for a half-size larger, but the width was perfect (WW). The soles are a bit thin, but that's fine with me, as I work in an office and am not on my feet all day. I was so pleased with the brown pair that I ordered them in black as well.

I love these shoes. They look wonderful and feel so comfortable. The leather has a shine to it and (although the soles are soft) the shoes have a heel and look dressy. I bought them in brown and they look great.

The shoes are beautiful and well made. They went perfectly with the outfit I wanted them for, as well as several others. I\'m in sales and I also dress up for church. My problem is I have a 3A heel and a 2A in the front. I have to stretch them across the front because I do not like heels that slip. Once I get them stretched, I\'m sure they will one of my favorites. And, by the way, your service was wonderful! I loved getting them so quickly. They came in 1/2 the time as others. Thank you! These are comfortable, affordable and beautiful. I even had a little girl stop me at the grocery store to tell me how beautiful my shoes were. I would recommend them to anyone; they are very classy. Thanks Zappos!

These are some of the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. They come in AAA, which is a hard size to find and they go well with business suits which I have to wear to work.
