My experience with Zappos has been excellent. The shoes are always quality and they have the narrow sizes I need ensuring that my new shoes will fit perfectly. The Trotters brand is just right for my feet and I never have to send a pair back. Zappos mail delivery exceeds expectation.

I have a narrow foot, and this shoe fits beautifully, even in the heel. It is classy-looking with slacks for work and feels good all day.

They are great. I live in Canada and recently spent 2 weeks in Florida and lived in these shoes. Fit perfect (I have a narrow foot), comfy and they look great! They even went to the beach a couple of times! I ordered the pewter and the colour went with everything!

I love these shoes and wouldn't mind having them in other colors. They fit my need for what I bought them for (work) perfectly! They are super comfortable, look great, and I get complements on them all the time.

This Trotter is a causal classic style, which has good support and comfort, while still looking flattering on the foot.

These shoes are as comfortable as slippers. I have them in two colors and wear them practically every day.

These shoes are very pretty and comfortable but beware-the pewter color is not pewter at all, but more of a light gold, so if you are looking for a silver/pewter shoe, look elsewhere. Otherwise it's a nice shoe.

When I got my first shoes, I was so disappointed. They were too short and too narrow and I didn't think I'd have much luck by exchanging. Took a chance and I'm so glad! I went from 5.5B to 6D. They're super comfortable and look really sharp. Great shoes for work in both looks and comfort.

Zappos provides me an opportunity to shop for shoes in my home; the choice is amazing. I am very pleased with the Trotters Liz shoes that I recently purchased. For me, the price is very reasonable; I have a very hard foot to fit and am used to paying much more for my shoes.

The shoe holds its shape well and is comfortable. It is wide enough for a bunion. I bought a second pair. I would buy a 3rd if they had dark brown. Very versatile. Can dress up or down.

A great looking shoe, comfortable, great support. I had to exchange for a larger size, but Zappos makes the exchange process so easy. They are those shoes that feel great from day one -- my favorites right now.

I am delighted with my new Trotters. They fit well and look good and are so much like some I saw that cost 800.00 plus dollars!

I ordered these in wide, and they ended up too wide - they gap and slop when I walk. No problem, since I could try them in a regular width, but I'm also not sure why others have found them so comfortable, as there is little cushioning and no arch support that I can feel. They have a nice, classic look, but have to go back.

Finally - a SS size that looks and feels great! I have a very hard time finding shoes skinny enough for my feet. I wear these often to work.

I love these shoes. They look even better in person than in the picture. I wanted a loafer that was comfortable but dressier than the usual. These are just that.
