These work very well for casual office wear and for walking around. I'm planning on taking them on a trip to Europe soon and after breaking them in, think they will work well. The medium width does feel a bit wide, but since I will be needing to wear socks where I am going in Europe, the problem is solved. I hope they don't stretch too much. But they work well now.

This is a remarkably comfortable shoe. No break-in period - they felt fine from day one. In person they look more shiny than they look online; I was hoping for something a little more matte, but they feel so comfortable I don't care.

I ordered both the black calf and the brown calf in the same size, but the black calf is looser and longer than the brown I love and which fits perfectly. I'm returning the black pair.

This is my 2nd pair! These fit my short wide feet beautifully, and they're a dressier alternative to ballet flats. I wear them with capris, and they look great with skirts and black tights too. Love 'em.

I love my Trotters. They are very comfortable and look dressy. I can't find narrow shoes in stores anymore, not even in stores in NYC. So I was glad to find them at Zappos.

I love this shoe! It is prettier on than in the picture. I have narrow feet and have a hard time finding cute shoes to wear with casual dresses or with jeans; these fit with both. I did go up 1/2 a size and they fit perfectly and are very comfortable. I love Zappos fast shipping and free returns.

I wear these shoes every day & have them in several colors. Liz is stylish, comfortable and versitile for both dressy or casual use. I have worn them for years and am pleased with the quality and fit. I wish they had leather soles and heels so they could be resoled/heeled to last longer. Great shoes

I love Zappos because they carry the brands that have my hard-to-fit size. These Trotters fit perfectly and are very nice looking as well. I really needed a navy flat and these are just right!

I have always been more than happy with a Zappos order. The shoes always fit, and the service is always 100 percent. If there is a problem Zappos is always on the side of the customer.

This was my first purchase ever with Zappos or any on-line shoe store. I was very impressed! I have struggled to find nice W-width shoes. When I tried these on the felt like slippers...no breaking these in. They go great with dress pants to wearing with jeggings.

I love my Trotters by Liz! Looking for comfort? Style? Leather? Trotters are the best! They are versatile: wear 'em with jeans, slacks, or a dress and be confident you are always in style with this simple and elegant shoe. First let me say that I love Zappos and buy a majority of my shoes here. Wonderful customer service. These shoes fit great and have wonderful support. They take my feet a lot of places with no problems, it's good looking too.

I'm a middle school science teacher, and I am ALWAYS up and moving around my classroom. I bought one pair of these shoes in July then quickly realized they were perfect for my use -- comfortable, easy to move in, fitted enough to run in, etc. So I bought two more pairs in two other colors. My students comment on how much they like them all the time, and I NEVER go home with sore feet at the end of the day...a rarity for a teacher! I adore these shoes and am not sure I'll wear any other kind in the near future (to school, at least!).

Absolutely loved these shoes. However, I have a hammer toe, and it rubs against the weave in the toe box of the shoe. I wish there was a little bit more padding in that area. Alas, I must return the shoe. These are made in America, and hopefully Trotters will listen and add a little bit padding in the toe box for the weaved shoes.
