I ordered my old size and it fit perfectly. Excellent quality, shipped and delivered promptly in great condition. This shoe does stretch over time. To help it, I used a warm-pack while wearing around the house.

I am so pleased with these shoes. They were comfortable right out of the box. The narrow width fit my foot perfectly and the 8 and a half length was true to size as well. The style is versatile, flattering and appropriate for any season. The navy blue color is exactly the slightly brighter blue that I was hoping for. I highly recommend these shoes. They are a great value as well.

A find for me. I have bunions and many times I need to return shoes in this price range (I have one or two brands costing over $ 180 that sometimes fit). So I am very happy to have found comfort in a shoe that is in this price range and at the same time looks neutral and classic in the bone. I plan to order another color also. I ordered the shoe in an 8 wide.

This shoe style has been around for a while but it doesn't go out of style. I wear these shoes almost anywhere I go. I hope they keep making them for a long time.

These shoes are very comfortable, if not a bit big in the heel. I bought some heel pads and that solved the problem. I think I'm going to get a lot of use out of them-- they look classic and the color is really good. Almost more of a nude opposed tow bone. I'm very happy with this purchase.

8 slim (3A) is a snug fit, but so comfortable!! Hard to get a slim heel and still have the toe be wide enough not to scrunch toes, but this shoe does it. I own an older pair in brown. They DO stretch out some as they age, but hold up very well.

The picture doesn't do these shoes justice. They are much better looking in real life. They are very, very comfortable. The downside is they do stretch a wee bit after wearing them for a while, but they do not stretch as much as any other shoe I have. My true size is actually narrower than these shoes (5A, or AAAAA). When I was a kid, one could get shoes with the heel narrower than the rest of the shoe, for example, a 3A shoe with a 5A heel. Since my foot is so narrow, it affects the way modern shoes fit me as none are narrow enough. These shoes ought to please someone who has a more normal width. I would definitely purchase these again.

I purchased these shoes online about a month ago. They look great and are of good quality. I have received several compliments when wearing these shoes. The fit is on the tighter side, but the leather does end up stretching to the size of the foot. These shoes are extremely comfortable. In fact, the first time I wore them was to work where I stood on my feet all day long. No problems whatsoever. Definitely a good purchase!

Very comfortable. I have a hard time finding size 11 wide shoes. Now that I discovered Zappos and the free shipping on returns, I'm in heaven!

Unfortunately for me the left shoe was a little lose and the right a little tight but that's because of foot surgery. Otherwise beautifully made shoes and gorgeous color.

I wear these daily and they are so comfortable. They are true to size (they feel a little tight in the beginning, but due to the leather and "lacing" of the material, they stretch to fit great). They are definitely timeless, I bought a brown pair over 10 years ago and still have them! I put moderate arch support, but I have really high arches.

These are a stretch leather woven shoe that if a little tight will loosen up. I ended up with my usual size 9.5 Wide and then added shoe inserts to make them more comfortable and to fit tighter. I would recommend you don't go too large a size.

This is a great shoe and I ordered it in brown and in black. The black one seemed to run smaller than the brown so I had to order a larger size in the black. It runs about one size smaller than it's counterpart.

These are great. They're good looking for both professional and casual wear, and the rubber heel absorbs the shock really well. Insoles are comfortable. Recommended.

I have this wonderful style in numerous colors and am now ordering a second pair in some colors so I have an everyday pair and a dress up pair. So comfortable. Casual or dress-up. No problem ordering. Received quickly and in good condition.

This shoe is a comfortable yet smart looking shoe which works well with skirts and slacks.

I usually wear a narrow shoe, but this one I had to return and get a medium width. I love the shoe, it is very comfortable and that is from a woman who usually wears only expensive shoes for bad feet.

I love, love, love these shoes! I already had them in black and in red and I was delighted to find them in purple. They're comfy, but not too old-lady looking. I do have to put inserts to provide a bit more arch support, but I think I must have flat feet.
