These are nice boots and I would have kept them if they fit. They felt a bit too long but it wasn't worth trying a shorter size because they are too wide overall. I need WW shoes for my bunions, but like many other wide shoes, these were also wide across the instep and heel. I tried my usual tricks of inserting various insoles but I couldn't get them to feel comfortable. Also, there are two zippers but the one on the outside of the foot isn't a working zipper. This wouldn't have been a deal breaker for me.

The heel was very loose, except for the zipper guard that hit my ankle wrong, and the toe box was not as wide as I'd hoped, given that I ordered a Wide. Although it didn't fit me, it seemed like a nice boot, and I wished it would have worked for me.

The size is very Small

Too plain to be worn with leggings or skirts. I wasn't happy with the look or fit so I returned them.

The leather on these bootie was so soft. The all around fit was too small. My toes were squished. Very disappointed. These were sent back.

The leather was very nice quality. Unfortunately the shoe was too long but not wide enough . I ordered my usual size 9 WW.

The fit was overall too narrow, and the arch was not in the right fit.

Sadly, they shipped the wrong size and had to be returned; too bad because I REALLY liked them.

This bootie is very narrow in the toe box and I had to return. I usually wear 11 narrow, so this one is VERY narrow. The heel was wider.

I didn't realize that one of the zippers is non-functioning. Not a big deal, but kinda odd. The fit, however, was not good. Very tight through the ball of my foot and quite loose at the heel. They are nicely made, but will have to go back.

These are NOT leather uppers and I feel deceived. The uppers are starting to "crack" where my foot bends. If I had known they were not real leather, I would not have ordered them.

Too narrow in toe box; I am returning.

Outer zippers do not work. Not enough arch support.

Ii put these next to my shoes that were a wide, not extra wide and the boots looked like they were narrow. I LOVED the boots, the quality felt great, they just ran narrow.

These shoes look great. Sleek and sophisticated. the toe box is big enough to accomodate all my foot issues. The problem was in the heel. It was just too loose. My foot kept moving up and down. So I sent them back.

I bought this shoe in an 8M and an 8AA, but neither one fits - I love the style and they are a nice quality, but the AA is too tight at the toes and the medium is too wide at the heel. Thanks again, Zappos but I still need boots.

Really really cute boots, but even in a narrow width, they were too wide in the heel. My heel slipped and I could easily put them on and off without using zipper.

I could not get my right boot hopped up. It needs some kind of elastic gore to give flexibility to fit. The entire boot is at least a full size smaller than marked. They are, however, be a dutifully styled and seem to be well crafted.

Boots too large and zippers keep unzipping when I'm walking

Nice looking but were small. I was going to exchange for a 1/2 size larger but I found a different bootie that was more comfortable, so just returned these.
