I originally ordered a WW width (as per my usual with Trotters) but found it too wide and exchanged the shoes. The W width was fine. I can feel the arch more in this shoe than I usually do. It is not soft, but is has not been uncomfortable. The shoe has simple styling, and is very attractive on the foot.

Great fitting shoes and fantastic service as always at Zappos. Have done business with them for years and have never been disappointed with products or service!

I've searched for a long time for a low-heeled, basic black pump that provides decent support and doesn't compress my toes -- here it is! This was a comfy shoe right out of the box, and I think I will get good use out of these.

These are the ideal, perfect, low-heel, comfortable shoe! From the moment I put these on my feet, it was/is so very comfortable and almost as if custom made for me! Wow! These simple, understated shoes have a short design up the center -classy, understated (likely intentional) and so comfortable. You almost don't want to take the shoes off. These are great shoes for everyday use whether casual, sporty, office, play, social, other. I am actually considering ordering a 2nd pair since I seem to wear these shoes most often. It provides a step-up alternative to pure flats or sporty, casual sneaker-type shoes... the heel is not high so not dangerous if you just had surgery and r recuperating. Invest in these shoes. You'll enjoy them!

Love these shoes. The footbed is soft, the leather is pliable and gives perfectly to my feet. I'm your average 10 foot, and the sizing was perfect for me.

I bought these for my mom. She loves them. She said that they really fit her arches. She also said that she had not had such comfortable shoes in a very long time.

I own these in Taupe, size 7. These shoes have clean lines and look sophisticated. The slightly square toe gives my feet room to breathe. I would walk more than a mile in these.

I have wide feet and got so frustrated trying to find career shoes at the usual stores, that I decided to give it a shot online. These shoes are the perfect fit. They have clean lines and actually make my feet look trim. The slightly square toe gives my feet room to breathe, but it's not a chunky looking shoe. The heel is still low enough to be quite comfotable, and they fit just right. A big success!

This is one of the only places I can find shoes my size. If I don't like them, I return them. It is very flexible, good quality and efficient. Highly recommend.

These shoes are very comfortable. I stand up at my desk in the office and have had any problems!

Lovely color, very comfortable, and a good fit. This shoe is leather so it stretches to accommodate the bunion I have on only one foot, but still fits very well on the other foot without the bunion.

I wanted a pair of dressy and comfortable shoes and these are perfect! I got these shoes in black, navy, and pearl and the colors are very nice with just a little shine. Very comfortable and beautiful.

These shoes are stylish, true to size (length & width) and very comfortable. I am very pleased with the quality as well.

I have very narrow feet and I'm very happy to find that Trotters makes both narrow and slims. I bought this shoe in black for work and liked it so much that I bought it in brown also. It is a little tight right across the base of the toes so I clipped the elastic triangle at the top of the center seam and that opened it up just enough to make it very comfortable. It goes well with pants and dresses with a sturdy, stylish low heel. Very glad to have found these and you can't beat Zappos return policy and customer service!

Overall I give these a 5 star however, I wish the heel were just a little more narrow for my foot. My very narrow heel is my problem and I feel these shoes are true to size.

Wore 12 hours the day of my son's wedding. Very comfortable, did not pinch my feet, no blisters, very dressy, also casual. Would highly recommend!

Soft leather, nice finish, good choice for casual wear or for those of us who cannot wear higher heels when the occasion does not include a lot of sitting.

These are very comfortable shoes. Wore them walking all over the first day & forgot I had new shoes on!

I have wide feet and the wide fitting was very comfortable. It feels like a glove to put these on.

I bought these shoes for my Mom who has very narrow feet. I was very skeptical at first about purchasing shoes online. But once they came, they were the exact color and style and a perfect fit for my Mom. I am a Zappos person for life now. I'm one that likes different styles of shoes and Zappos has them. Thanks.

I love this shoe! I do think it might run small because I found the width and length to be uncomfortable. If there is any chance of replacing this shoe, I would welcome it.
