Absolute WORST shoes I have EVER purchased. Quality control must have missed an issue with these shoes or something. Every time I wear them, my left foot and ankle hurt REALLY BAD as though there is something wrong with just THAT one shoe. I have NEVER had ONE side of my body or ONE shoe affect me like this. Undecided whether or not I will ever buy another pair of Crocs again.

Awful, these shoes are very uncomfortable. I got them think crocs are super comfortable not at all. The strap gave me a blister on my ankle. When I put the strap in the forward position the shoe flops around to much.

I'm giving up! Your roomy feature is too big and the bottoms are too hard to clean.

the worst cust.service ever you said you would arrange pick up that never happen do not like being lied too,, if i do not here from you by monday i will ask my credit card company to help me

So I went to the nearest croc store to try some on since I've never worn cross before. I usually wear an 8.5 and I saw on the site that you should round down but wanted to be certain before making a purchase. They only had a size 7 of the bistro pro available so I tried on the original bistro shoe in 8 and it fit great; so I decided to order the pro online and get a size 8. It's awful. They aren't nearly wide enough (certainly could NOT be called "roomy") at the best of times let alone if my feet should swell even a little. I was also wishing to have enough room for foot support inserts but there is just no way.

I don't like the adjustable strap at all.

Feet still hurt not soft to stand on all day

This pair of shoes is too narrow to wear, very uncomfortable, and it is too airtight and sweaty. There was no such problem before wearing a Bistro so disappointed!

I'm very unhappy. I was expecting these to fit just like the Mario Batali Bistro Shoe I got 4 yeRs ago. Those were way wider and these are so narrow, I'd have to go up at least 2 sizes. There's no excuse for saying "our widest shoe yet" when there have been wider. I wasted my time and money and Crocs ruined a good thing.

I have worn croc's tummler work shoe for years and for some reason you guys do away with the best show you ever made. I am a chef by profession and have spent YEARS on my feet. I had to buy this pro clog as really the only comparable shoe I was interested in. I have never liked clogs and have never owned them till now. I do not like them. It's like walking on a hard sandle for hours. My feet hurt bad. I seriously am heartbroken you do not offer the tummler shoe anymore. I would have worn those to work for the rest of my life....

Didn't fit very well. I returned them.

I love Crocs. I have numerous pairs. However this pair was such an irritation, I almost feel like sending them back!. First of all they had the item used to hang them up in the store. It was practically impossible to get it off. After much maneuvering, struggling and whatnot I eventually got it off. I had to remove the velcro strap on the back of the croc to get the hanger off. It was so difficult to get the velcro strap back into the slot. I had to again do lots of maneuvering to get even a little of the strap through the slot and hold it there. Then I got a pliers to grasp it and pull it through. It was very difficult and took lots of time. REALLY time consuming and difficult. If these Crocs were not so essential for my work, I would have sent them back. Redesign of the back strap is a MUST if you want these to work.

it doesn't fit and to my surprise when i read the return policy when you mail it back you only get store credit minus the cost of the return postage - no other merchant did this w/xmas purchases! dumbfounded. i can return to store or kiosk for refund but only crocs store is adjacent to road to nyc port authority v big trucks & roads treacherous. i am recovering fr a broken foot. they don't ans phone or respond to chat prompt so you get no customer service help with return.

I would not buy this product again. these crocs are too tight . I will be buying the Bistro crocs next time

Horrible shoe . Within the next day I had several blisters on my feet . I try to return them and the employees. Would not let me know I'm stuck with this expensive shoe and can't do anything with it

The back strap completely ripped off after 2 months of use

these only get one star because they were new when they arrived. the fit was awful, not true to size at all and the rubber or whatever the shoe is molded out of is as hard as a rock. sent them back as soon as I could get to the P.O. return process sucked, the reps are not helpful, basically refused to help me. I managed to stumble upon the return info myself and they charged me to return. Will never order any Crocs again. Very dissatisfied.

shoes were too large and not as comfortable as expected. will return ASAP

Did not tolerate getting wet and dried as claimed. Insole detached, rubber buckled. Crocs did nothing worthwhile about it.

1st time I have returned an order because I ordered my size, received the order, tried them on...THEY WERE SO LARGE I FELT LIKE I HAD A PAIR OF SNOW SHOES ON. That says it all.

These crocs caused a blister on the top of my foot after 30 minutes of wear, even with socks on. Not worth your time, money ,or foot health. I've owned other crocs before and loved them. Not these!

Im not that happy with them like my old work crocs better these are too flat to the floor making them very uncomfortable for an 8 hour shift at my work i dont like to return so im stuck wearing them also i always brag about how amazing crocs are and everyone should only wear them.I only wear crocs at work and home so sad these are horrible for work?

This is an uncomfortable shoe. I usually buy the mercy work but decided to get something different . Never again. I'll just save to order the mercy work. Feeling ?
