Customer service: horrible. Tried reaching out several times and sent direct emails. Never heard back. Would not recommend buying direct from Crocs. The Crocs, themselves: Sturdy, well built, soft. BIG ISSUE: they do not breath. There is no circulation in the croc. Feet get disgustingly sweaty, slip, smelly, and uncomfortable. Will not buy again. Will likely not wear too often.

I work in a pharmacy and I stand all day long these are horrible I'm on an 8 hour shift and half way through I'm done I can't they are too uncomfortable and my feet are throbbing

I would t rate this anything but it was an option. These are not what I thought I was buying. Can't wait to return them for what I need

I bought these for work and am a size 12. They were the same length as my friends size 13 traditional crocs and they were wider as well. Clearly inconsistent size compared to your traditional croc. Unfortunately I bought them from a third party site and can not return them.

Returned.....I ordered one size too large not knowing they run wide.

I am a cardiac ICU nurse who bought these for work because they look easy to clean and comfortable. I have another pair with a different style that are a size 10. This pair is way to small and hurt my feet so bad. I would like to exchange them for a larger size but with Covid cannot. I have attempted to try and get in line for a new pair multiple time but never make it past the line. I appreciate all of your help to my fellow healthcare workers. You guys are doing good things. No arch support after 9 hrs on feet start paining

Wore daily for 1 month. Then rubber strap pulled right through shoe. Cannot be repaired. Well at least got month worth of sis age.

It's too big on my feet.

Ordered these for work.I work 12 shifts and these are not comfortable except first few hours. They do not have soft cushion support I hoped for. I wish I had not bought these shoes.

hot, sweaty, stinky at the end of a 12 hour day. Uncomfortable to wear for long periods of time. Feet hurt more with these than my running shoes.

This pair did not fit my feet well. Too Big!!

Everyday in the medical cannabis industry atleast 10 hours. They are heavy they are not comfortable and do not breath. The old ones are 1000$ times better and cheaper this is a hoax to get more money for a worse product. Go with the original bistro

I saw all the positive reviews, so I decided to give these a try. I'm on my feet 8-9 hrs a day at work, on a hard tiled floor and by the end of my shift, my feet hurt so much I can barely walk. There is no arch support at all. They are too wide to the point that I'm curling my toes to keep my feet from slipping around, which makes them extremely uncomfortable. I don't recommend these unless you have wide, flat feet

I ordered these to wear to work. I work in animal care. I love my bistro clogs. They don't slip , very comfortable. I thought I would try the Bistro Pro. I am sure that this is a one time thing but I can't wear my pros. It seemed to take a long time for them to get here. I was so excited when I got them. I tried on ONE of the pros and it was fine, then the bistro and it was fine. I wore the bistros to work for the first few weeks. Then a few weeks later when I went to wear the pros to work one morning I couldn't get the left one on my foot. I remembered trying them on(oops one, the right one not the left) The left one is a lot smaller than the right one. I did email and don't remember getting a answer. Then I emailed again and got a response to email a different email. I haven't gotten a response from that one. I am soon going to try the bistro pro lite ride. I hope it is a better experience.

Shoe's fit is slightly smaller than another type of bistro croc I owned prior to this purchase. It does not provide any extra support, infact after a few days my feet have began to hurt worse than before. If I could return them I would.

After buying multiple pairs of crocs these being the most expensive I have a blister! so very disappointing! Don't know what I'm going to do next. I just don't understand why I'm hoping that its a fluke!!

I have worn only crocs for the last 15 years. Mostly Bistro to work on kitchen floors. I thought Bistro Pro upgrade would be better. I was very disappointed when they arrived. I did NOT like the new straps. They were awkward and difficult to adjust. I have no choice but to return them. I need the money for other things.

I bought for work as a server. The only thing I liked about the shoes were the non slip sole. They were very uncomfortable hurt the bottom of my feet and rubbed the top of my foot. This shoe does not fit like any of the many pair of crocs that I own.

Way to tight across top of feet and squished my toes till they were knumb. Not for chubby feet.
