I use the Mizuno Riders for daily training runs including long runs. I have used them for over a decade.

The Mizuno Wave Rider helped get rid of my plantar fasciitis, which had been bothering me for several years. Ever since then, I have bought these shoes on repeat. They are SO comfortable and offer incredible heel support/cushioning.

I found this brand years ago, I love the way it fits, sized up due to having inserts this year. Definitely would recommend this brand for anyone who is looking for a stylish and comfortable sneaker.

The Mizuno Wave Rider has been my running shoe for many years. I run 30 + miles a week and this shoe has never let me down!

This is my 4th or 5th pair of this amazing running shoe. Each pair lasts me at least two years and the construction & design just keep getting better and better.

I used to get plantars fasciitis all the time until I purchased these shoes. They are the only shoes I will wear when walking, running and at Orangetheory. They are comfortable and give me a lot of support!

I have been running and doing HIIT classes for 15 years. I have high arches and have tried other popular brands, but they never feel right on my feet. Mizuno shoes have always been my go to brand; I will not use any other brand. The support is perfect!

Using for running

I have worn The Wave Rider for over 20 years. This new version is as good as expected. The past few years the sizing has been off, but this version seems to be back to my usual size for so many years.

This has been my shoe of choice for many years now. It fits me and my foot type the best. I use it for road running, and I plan to purchase it again!

I use this shoe for everyday wear for work and exercise.

Mizuno fits me perfectly - I have a regular foot/narrow ankle and have exclusively worn Wave Riders for exercise and walking for at least the past seven years. It was the perfect brand switch for me and I have never looked back.

I keep trying different shoes, but I've come back to the wave riders every time, the last 10 years. Great price, great shoes.

I've been wearing wave rider since its inception. I typically put anywhere between 1000 and 1200 miles a year. I'm a petite person but a very heavy foot striker and these shoes work for me. I typically put 250 miles on a pair. I never need to break them in and don't have any problems with my feet. Please don't ever stop making them.

I will not wear anything but Mizuno running shoes. I was fitted with them by a running store 14 years ago and they fit perfect and I loved them!.

Mizuno Wave Riders work great with my personal biomechanics. I have lowish medium arches that behave like high arches and they aggravate my injuries least

I've been wearing Mizuno Wave Riders for 30 years. They are the best. The 28 version is just as awesome as past years. I always size up 1.5 sizes from my regular shoe size.
