I thought this show looked different than other tie Allbirds I have tried in that it might be roomier on top. I was wrong. I have high arches, and the tie areas on top do not reach high enough for comfort. They are tight and feel like they are being stretched too far. I have several pairs of the Loungers that I have worn many times, and they fit and work well. I think I have finally learned my lesson this time, and will not waste any more money on Allbirds tie shoes. They are not right for me.

Overall, not a bad shoe, the heal hight is bigger than the normal Tree Runner and the back of the shoe kept rubbing against my heal. Coming from the regular Tree Runner, I was disappointed, but still love Allbirds. Maybe I should just stick to the type of shoe I am used to.

This shoe felt stable and the stack height is more than most of the others from this brand. However, the heel cup was so wide, that when tightened completely, you had about a thumbs width opening on the instep of each shoe and it felt like I was going to slip out of them. Maybe it's the shoe, maybe my foot or maybe I received a defect.

I have 11 pairs of allbirds, all 10. 5. But I can barely squeeze my toe into them. Completely unwearable.
