Great looking shoe but unfortunately experienced heel sloppage

I really like them. Comfortable, just the right amount of cushion and I like the style.

Not as comfortable as the standard tree runners or skippers.

The title says it all.

I like the comfort and I like being eco-friendly and having the ability to easily wash my shoes to clean them up.

These like my wool runners are super comfortable and do not disappoint. I love the style which is just very minimalist to me, as well as the comfort. Also I know they arent meant for running, but I did jog in them and they were very niceeee

Love the look of these shoes, but they were too narrow. Wish they came in a wide!

The problem I have is that they are a little too long for my feet. I wear a 7 wide. I don't think Allbirds comes in wide. But I'm wearing a 7. 5 and that extra half inch makes a big difference. I actually was hoping to take them back to the store I bought them in SoHo Manhattan to see if I could exchange them for a 7 wide? To answer the question what is my size: I'm a 7 wide

Truthfully, the shoes are a little uncomfortable because they run too tight. I don't have a wide foot, but the shoe is uncomfortably snug. I bought two different pair of your shoes, and I love the way they look, but I have only worn each of them for a few hours because I am not comfortable wearing them right now. It's disappointing, because I really love the materials and the look.

Like the fit and the style. My one peeve is that my feet can feel the waffle pattern in the insole when I stand or walk. My old pair (3 or 4 years old?) are similar. Please put a stiffer insole in these shoes, so I don't feel like I am walking on a waffle.

It just didn't quite fit right

The shoes are comfortable and I like them once they're on. The heel is difficult without a shoehorn which begs the question why you put a loop on the back, presumably to make it easier to slip on, but the loop is way too small for a normal size man's finger (me and most) to use. Really dumb.

I always find you have to buy a full size larger than your foot size is actually. Quite frustrating to be honest. This latest shoe runs even smaller than before.

I got the tree runner go shoes to replace my 4th pair of tree runners. I appreciate the extra cushion in the heels. Otherwise, I am dissatisfied. The previous shoes felt like a part of my feet, like a soft, form fitting glove. These just feel like sneakers. And they do not look as nice.

I love the comfort and look. I was disappointed they did not clean thoroughly when washed in cold water.

I really like the style and comfort, but after a few months the soles wore out completely. My previous allbirds lasted much longer. Disappointed in the lack of durability for the cost. Would not buy again.

Not very cushiony, upper is tight

I recently bought a pair to replace my existing pair in the same exact style. The shoe is way too small and I can't wear it.
