So I was originally gifted a pair of all birds for my birthday. I am a 10 1/2 and my daughter sent me a size 11. They felt pretty loose so I returned them for a size 10 as well as three additional pairs and four shirts. The customer service was exceptional and the exchange process was super easy. I received my order but my shoes are just a little too snug. I could probably tolerate it but I wouldnt wear them as much. So I returned those and got the size 11. Im really bummed out because they are loose and I do have to wear socks because my heels keep slipping out. Im really bummed out. I will tolerate a larger size but I really wish that you guys offered half sizes. I absolutely love these shoes and your apparel products. Maybe Ill consider manufacturing half sizes? Pretty please

Im happy with my shoes. It is my second Allbirds pair of shoes. The fit is great. I wear them daily around the house and to run errands. Because of my high arches and a as a former sufferer of plantar fasciitis I wear the shoes with orthotics inserts which fit in without pinching my toes. They are very soft and light so my feet don't hurt by the end of the day. They are warm (Im rating the wool shoes) so I wear them during cold weather as they can become uncomfortably warm in the summer.

This is my third pair of Wool Runners. I bought my first pair a few years ago (I still have them) on a whim and Im so happy I did. Athletic/casual shoes are, in general, pretty comfortable; Wool Runners take it to a new level. They provide great support, are very durable, and I can wear them all day without feeling like my feet are being strangled. And, despite the fact that they are made of wool, my feet stay cool all day! Great shoes

I bought these a few weeks ago and they're so comfy. I haven't washed them yet or worn them running, but whenever I wear them to work or on hikes, my feet don't hurt afterwards when they used to before. I'd buy more if my budget allowed! If you're looking for a good pair of sneakers, these are worth the price tag!

They're extremely comfortable at first, but not as supportive as I expected.

My 4th pair. So comfy. Warning dont peddle on Cubi machine wearing Allbirds. Outside soul is so soft that peddling wears away sides of soles...however I still love these shoes but dont wear them on that particular machine.

Not what I expected.

I just got a pair of white runners and this particular pair is running a bit big for its size but are very comfortable. I just have to tighten the laces a bit! I highly recommend Allbirds for year round wear!

...wear it. And I am enjoying it. Great fit and so comfortable, there is no foot fatique. And even better, they are "green"

Nice color combination with a white but not too bright upper with a cream color sole...these sneakers are comfortable and stylish. Love them!

True to size and very comfortable

My almost 10-year old original wool runners had been washed and rewashed so many times...I finally broke down and got the exact same pair because I LOVE them that much!

Not having half sizes makes it very difficult to find the right fit. The flap covering the top of the foot (where the shoe laces cross) has ends/edges rolling up or folding every time I tried to wear which was a bit annoying. But the return/exchange service was great.

The shoes are very low profile, which I love! They are super comfortable and ready to wear with no break-in period which is nice.

I was so very surprised at the level of comfort I experienced when I put these on right out of the box!! I have had friends tell me this was the case but was still caught off guard by how amazingly cozy these were. I.love.these.runners! So multifunctional and will definitely be purchasing more!

My feet are hard to please. I struggle to find comfortable shoes, but so glad I tried these wool runners. Theyre fantastic - so comfy! I was a bit leery because I usually wear an 8 1/2 and these only come in whole sizes. I previously ordered the 9 s but they were a bit too big, so I returned them (great return policy!) and ordered the 8s. So glad I did. They were comfortable from the first time I wore them. No breaking-in period. I highly recommend these shoes!

Hi, I bought my first pair of Allbirds last year and love them! They are sturdy and very comfy. 3 months ago I began walking 5+ miles each day. These shoes are so well made. I bought this recent pair to replace the first ones when they wear out, but the originals have a lot of life left! Thank you!

These are the best shoes I have ever purchased! Absolutely no breaking them in to be comfortable. The minute I laced them up and wore them the entire day...I knew these are the only ones I will ever buy!

This is my second pair of wool runners. I like them best without socks. They are so comfortable and help wick sweat away. I can wear them out of the box with no blisters. The sizing has changed. The first pair I had to size up. This time I did that and they were too big. No problem exchanging for my regular size 8.

Exceeded my expectations! So comfortable - more so than my slippers! I wear them all day while working from home and they dont bother me one bit. Also very comfy to walk in. Ill be buying more pairs for sure!
