Cannot wear..toe area too tight. In probably cannot return which makes me regret purchase. I truly wanted the shoes.

Hello,Poor fit & disappointed in fabricI would like to exchange please?

I read a few articles saying that Allbirds are good travel shoes, so I bought them for an upcoming trip. I'll be leaving these shoes at home. There's not enough arch support or cushioning to make them comfortable for anything longer than a walk around the block. Also, the wool started pilling after just a few times wearing the shoes. I'm not sure what all the hype is about. I don't find them very attractive, but I was willing to overlook that in favor of comfort. Since they aren't comfortable either, they don't have much to recommend them besides the use of sustainable materials. If you're used to very minimalist shoes, they may be comfortable for you. For me, they were unfortunately a waste of money, and my quest for good travel/walking shoes continues!

I was disappointed because they did not fit well for me. My feet stuck out too much and they were not comfortable.

Normally a 7.5. I bought an 8. Way small and can't wear at all

They were not as wide as the usual 6Wides. The inner soil needed to be taken out to give more space. They were a gift so they didnt tell me until I ask 2 months later after the 30 day returnperiod had passes. The color of the shoe is great.. I had purchased a mens lounger in the same color which fit perfectly. Im disappointed.. All birds are my favorate all time shoes. I have three pairs myself. So I enjoy gifting them to othersx

I cannot wear them! My fourth pair and they are horrible. The heel is hard plastic and cuts j to my heel.

Super comfortable, but not durable at all. The soles wore off in a mere weeks, making the shoes very slippery and the eyelets cracked allowing the shoelaces to rip through the shoe fabric.

Ran very large and wide. Cannot wear

The tongue of the last two pair I have bought turns under and hurts my instep.I have to go into the shoe and flatten it each timeDisappointed because my oldest pair didn't have that problemI have peripheral neuropathy and All Birds have been the Only shoes I could wear with comfort

The shoes were incredibly comfortable when I put them on but I got horrible blisters on the back of my heels after wearing them for a day - and I wore them with heavy socks. Very disappointed to say the least. I had high expectations

After one wear these were permanently stained in spike of immediately wiping down and then treating with shout. Not at all worth it in this color

Product look deformed, the pair did not look like a pair. One sneaker looked and fit different. This is the first time buying the wool runners. I'm familiar with the tree runners, I have them in several colors and love the fit and look.

It is hard to keep clean. Two times use and then were dirty. Need constant atention in order to have a tidy shoes

These were lightweight and stylish. However the sole is stiff and offered no cushion. I have narrow feet (so this shouldn't have been an issue) and my toes were touching the top of the shoe. No way I could make it through a day wearing these.

I tested these out and similar to other testers, I had a similar issue with rubbing on my heels.

These have me terrible blisters to break in, now I'm not able to return them and the back heel is worn down and the fabric is already pilling. I am very much a size 9 in all other shoes. The cushion seems nice but doesn't work with the back of the shoe.

Ended up returning them because they gave me huge, painful blisters on the backs of my heels. I even wore with socks! These are not the same allbirds as before. Very disappointed.

Hurt toe so bad had to give away couldnt wear

I really wanted to love these. They are cute and super versatile, but after just one day walking around Rome, my feet were so sore, I could barley stand. I was pretty shocked considering they were rated as the top travel/walking shoe on just about every site I researched before my trip. I spent the next 8 days having to decide if whatever historical landmark we had on the agenda that day was worth the pain of walking there. Super bummed.

I purchased this specific pair to replace a favorite pair which I wore out. Unfortunately I had to return this order as they were smaller than the original pair.
