These shoes were a gift to me. I received a size 9, which is my normal size, but they were too small. I returned them and ordered a size 10. They are a little big, but very comfortable. The customer service staff are super helpful and made the return process very easy.

I love these shoes. Feel more structured than my other wool runners. They dont slip on and off quite as easily but once theyre on theyre very cozy.

My second pair of Allbirds and I love them! I usually wear these without socks and they are soft on my bare feet. I dont even feel these on my feet after walking for hours. Like two little foot clouds!

So comfy & light! I went up half a size as recommended. So glad I did.

This shoe proved to be the perfect choice for traveling and walking in various terrains such as cobblestones, marble floors, beach sand and gravel in the winter. My feet were never wet nor tired. Best comfortable and elegant sneaker in the world!

New shoes have always bothered my feet, so on recommendation from my nieces and nephew I decided to purchase a pair of Allbirds. Best shoes ever! Doesnt even feel like Im wearing shoes. So comfortable! Will definitely be buying another pair!

The woolies keep my feet warm in NYC sub-freezing weather. Super comfy like no other I've ever experienced and I've been through a LOT of sneaks in my life. Seriously impressive!!

Package came damaged, inner sole was broken, and they were too tight. Im returning them.

I bought these exact shoes about two years ago and absolutely loved them! I thought they were the most comfortable sneakers ever. Just purchased a replacement and Im not sure if the material changed but they feel very different. Much more stiff, and they gave me terrible blisters on the back of my heels on the first day wearing them. I am still recovering but once the blisters are gone Ill try and break them in a bit to see if it helps. I do not remember having any issues the first time I purchased these shoes.

Love these shoes! You literally dont feel like your wearing anything on your feet. So incredibly comfortable and light, not mention, super cute! I also have thetree runners in white and they are just as magical, but the bummer is they show dirt very quickly. Difficult to keep looking nice. This shoe doesnt have that issue. Ive worn it many times and no signs of dirt!!! Its my new go-to shoe.

I love my first pair of allbirds and I plan to buy another pair

This is my second pair of Allbirds. I was aware of the brand for about 2 years but didnt know they had stores in the U.S. While in Amsterdam I happened upon a stores and bought black Woolies. I was hooked and ordered a grey runner style. Both are so comfy!

Christmas gift well received and recipients been wearing since! Purchase was easy to make, return process for gift reasonable too (if needed). Love that a store opened in our area - staff was super helpful and held shoes for me till I got there.

These are less bulky than the mizzles and will hopefully keep my feet warm. I wish Allbirds sold half sizes because I usually wear a 7.5 in sneakers. I bought the 8 and they are fine if I tie them up tight.

These shoes are so soft, comfortable and supportive! I am able to walk miles and miles with them - something I could not do before - even with good sneakers. I'm a believer! They are stylish too - people compliment me about them all of the time. The Allbirds Company stand behind their shoes and have excellent customer service.

Very comfy just a tiny bit small. I usually wear 7-7.5 and ordered a 7. I could use a bit more room above the toe, but not enough to order up to an 8. A half size up would be perfect.. I kept them thinking the fabric would stretch a little and give me the room I need and I was able to very comfortably walk 28,000 steps around the city with them!
