The wool/fabric at the back of the shoe (on the inside) is bunching up or pilling. Not sure how to explain, but its like a wool sweater that needs to be shaved of pilling. It has caused a blister and I have had to try to remove the pilled material with scissors. Not too happy...

Love the style, color and construction. Disappointed in the cushion of the insole. Not enough support and very thin especially in the tie box. A bit disappointed in the show overall

These shoes were deliciously comfortable - except the size 10 was too small/tight for my feet and the size 11 was enormous and 2 inches too big in the toe box! If I'd been able to order a 10.5, I would have gladly kept these for my upcoming trip to Europe.

This is my third pair of AllBirds runners and they seem slightly smaller, despite ordering the same size. Fit is the only issue but it is an important issue. I hope I can continue wearing them.

I love the fabric and the look. The sizes are way off and I would have been more comfortable in an 8.5

I am not happy with the width of my right foot. I cannot imagine someone with chubby feet wearing this. The tongue slips to the right exposing my foot. I don't want to tighten the shoe anymore because it will cut off circulation

Like them, BUT you really need to do half sizes!

Nice enough for work and pretty comfortable, but something has changed- I used to take long walks in these but this pair is not as supportive as my last few (same model).

Super cute and I could tell they'd be so comfortable but the 9 was too big and the 8 was too small. I wish they carried these in half sizes!

I originally bought a size 7 but they were way too big. Exchanged them for a 6. Fits good but hurts my big toes. You really need half sizes! I'm disappointed

I love the feel of the show when I walk, the style and the material. But, after wearing for 4-6 hours they became tight and uncomfortable on the top of my toes. They have a small toe box and when you walk alot and your feet get warm they were squeezing my toes.

Love the fit and comfort. I think they tend to run small, I typically wear a 7 1/2 or and 8 and ordered a 9. I think the glue along the toe of the right shoe is coming undone and these may need to be exchanged.

I would give this shoe five stars except that it is too wide. The tree runners are a better fit for my narrow foot.

I love the shoe but am returning because it fits tight on my foot. The wool is fabulous and kept my feet warm (my feet are usually cold) but after wearing for several hours the tops of my feet were really uncomfortable not matter how loose I tied the shoe. Sad because I've only heard great things about Allbirds. I may try another style in the future.

Felt great but can't wear them due to width. Tried two sizes.

Hard to say since i was unable to give them a fair test. I have a standard foot width and have never needed to resort to a Wide shoe to find comfort. Unfortunately, the way these are designed the toe area was tight enough i was getting numb toes and some pain and that's with having to order a 1/2 size up. So sad since i was hoping these would help solve my winter frozen feet.

They are too tight and The laces are not long enough. I am trying to stretch them out a bit. They are a very small medium width . Very disappointed.

These shoes are super comfy, but they get dirty so quickly. Understanding because they are made out of wool, but they definitely are indoor shoes. The laces are also really short.

The shoes are very comfortable, with one exception. I have a very high instep and the tongue of the shoe is too narrow so there are pressure points from the tongue all along the top of my foot.. When I purchased them I didn't think it would be an issue, but, unfortunately, it is. My bad. I'll wear them in the house, undone, like slippers

Going up to size 11 is rough, that is not that large

The shoes that you sent to me are not the same shoes as shown in this picture. I ordered what this picture is showing. Why are my shoes a different style? They're okay, but the arch is a little off in left shoe. I have the tree huggers and they have a better fit.

A very nice sneaker and very comfortable. I just did not have enough toe room.

Like the weight and fabric. Not as much support or comfort as I hoped. Don't buy these if you have wide feet, unless you are willing to give them quite a bit of time to conform to your feet.

In my usual size, I can wear these either barefoot or with the thinnest summer peds. They are comfortable for short walks and errands, but if you want to wear these in winter or longer walks, give yourself an extra size or, for thick socks, two sizes.

Wish there were half sizes and a little more arch support. Otherwise extremely comfortable and cute.
