Too narrow

too tight and need to sit down put shoes on no one has for that

shoes are too tight for the ball of my feet

The old tree runners (2018-19) were very comfortable. THe new versions have added a band around the top of the shoe that is restrictive and makes the shoes feel tight. So much less comfortable than the old versions

felt like poor quality and stitching looked messy.

The shoes are comfortable, but the material that they are made out of begins to stink after one or two times wearing them (lack of breathability/antibacterial material).

There are no half sizes, no wides sizes, and there's a band that goes across the ball of your foot-inside .The bottom of the shoe looks like hard plastic instead of rubber. The Fabric looks like it wouldn't last long, I need foot support for my diabetic condition. I think if you made them in leather or half leather with half sizes and rubber soles it would do well.I love the Styling of the shoes.

Very disappointed. Black fabric turned brown after very little wear. Hole in top of shoe in fabric.

These are nice looking shoes and comfortable, but they fell apart and holes developed after wearing them for a short time. You can't walk or use them for running.

Just need a different style and size I think

Someone spilled tea on them and I tried to wash them and they are permanently stained.

might be comfortable if the sizing was right, but I'm a 9 or 9.5 depending on the brand, and they want you to size down so I went with a 9 and they are extremely tight. I have never needed "wide" shoes before but apparently with allbirds i do.

When I ordered it size 9 .you sent it 8.i want8 it's too small for 8.you not good for sell it .you no good .you are not wealthy.

I bought this for my trip to Boston and after just a day of walking in, my plantar fasciitis started acting up. My feet hurts and there is very little support. I am very sad bc I have had this for less than 2 weeks and already hate it. My viakix sandal did better to support my feet when walking around a big city. I'm disappointed

I know they're white but got so dirty right away and very hard to clean

Not comfortable

Purchased these as new shoes for casual walking and they are the most uncomfortable and unsupportive walking shoes I've ever bought in my life. They have absolutely no support and after walking about 2 miles today, my feet are killing me, and that is after breaking them in for a few months. Will not buy again.

I returned them, I have a wide foot, was hoping they would work, no go. Sorry? If you make wide sizes in the future I am in.

Great product, but paid extra for expedited shipping and didn't get them on time

Not happy with the fit

I'm typically a 10.5 size but the website says go a size down so I followed the guidance. After a week of wearing them the shoes are too tight and uncomfortable for my feet. Disappointed and regret my choice.

Not true to size

I was hoping these shoes would be 'comfortable' like people and the internat say. I am very disappointed in these shoes and they hurt my feet. I am not the only one that feels this way. Two of my friends have Allbirds and they say it was comfortable at first, but later would be a pain to wear. These shoes provide no arc support, stability, or cushioning. The size chart said to size down from my 10.5 and a representative said that they would stretch. This is not advised, you should not have to break-in your shoes. I hope Allbirds can work with doctors and podiatrist so their brand can be comfortable and healthy for feet.
