These are my 5th pair of Tree Runners since 2018. All previous pairs were awesome, right out of the box. These were noticeably tighter which made me check the old and new pair to learn they're manufactured in a different country now. Additionally, these new ones did not have the trademark wool insole. It's synthetic, less comfortable and does wick moisture. Overall, I am not a fan of the unexpected changes.

I love these shoes but mine immediately got torn up in the front.

Runs small

Not as good as my originals. They do not cover top of foot as well.

Meh, not exactly what I was thinking. I previously had a cloth pair and thought that's what these were. This material is different and more athletic just not exactly what I thought I was getting. There's a cloth pair that's awesome

The stitching at the back flap on one shoe is coming off. Have had the same thing happen before. But this time I am done with All Birds.

Ordered the same size on my prior 3 allbird purchases. Thistle time significantly undersized. Had to throw them away

Get dirty very easily, soles are not the most comfortable for long periods of use. Also not the most clean design on my feet and body type.

There was a lot of compression on the top of my foot that was uncomfortable and would slowly become painful. The shoes also felt like they were not providing good ankle support while I walked.

the shoe fits really nicely. but its really slippery on the inside. the back of the shoes kept slipping off when I was traveling and the also my feet kept getting tipped overs on both side.

I have several other allbirds shoes. This pair was different from the pair I was replacing. Sizing off. Maybe a manufacturing defect. I will wear my other pair until they fall apart.

Run way small. No half sizes are a bummer at this price. No wide option either.

I wore them with no socks a few times (as that's a feature) and they started smelling putrid after 2 days. This would not happen with normal shoes.

This was my 6th or 7th pair of Allbirds of varying styles including the Tree Runner and I was always most satisfied. But, I'm sorry to say this purchase was my first disappointment. The ones in the past seemed to have way more cushion in the shoe especially around the ball of the foot. These were missing that, not much more than the old worn out shoes. I'll now need to rethink the brand for the future.

Unfortunately, the shoes were too narrow for my feet.

Great looking shoe but fit is terrible. I wear an 11.5 and your site says to go up to next full size. I ordered a size 12. The fit is not good. Shoe is too big but I don't think an 11 would solve the problem. So, I have a nice looking pair of shoes that I probably won't wear often:slightly_frowning:

The shoes fit great and are very comfortable. However, they arrived with several scuffs and dirt marks on them which is unfortunate being that they are white shoes

Shoe was comfortable at the beginning but didn't feel any support after a day of walking a trade show floor. Had to change shoes for the rest of the week

I followed their instructions being an 11.5 to order 11 and they're too small. I'm not the kind of person that likes to return things because it's a hassle.

I purchased these shoes in hopes of getting a comfortable shoe for work. At first they seemed comfortable but then I wore them out to an event. The one sole felt different from the other and already I was off-balance. Then the shoe didn't feel solid. My feet began to feel uncomfortable after a short time. I don't know if it was just the ones I bought but it was not a great experience.

Size 12 way too big. Size 1 way too small. Why not have half sizes?

Too narrow and can only get one width. So fine for many others I'm sure but not for me - used to have narrow feet but with age they have become somewhat wide,However they did accept them back with free shipping so that was great, thanks!

I wanted to love them, and they are comfortable but they get dirty with minimal use due to the material of the soles. Also the lack of structure creates an imprint of your toe and also creates a sweat ring around said imprint.
