I love the shoe, very comfortable, stylish, light, everything about this shoe is great, except! The show catches dirt very easily. I followed the instructions in washing, but it did not come out clean. The white sole is a poor choice as well, as it get incredibly dirty and doesn't look good at all. So, while I am sold on the shoe, the cosmetics, not so much. Next time I select a shoe that is not so susceptible to dirt.

It's tight on the top of my foot.

You recommended sizing up. Terry are a bit too large, long.

I have been wearing Tree Runners since the beginning and like the soft top. UnfortunTely you changed design and now have solid pieces around the toe and side, look at the shape that shows where it is dense. If this was a one-time manufacture error let me know or else I have bought my last Tree Runner and need to switch to a brand that is light and cool, this change make the shoe warmer and less toe freedom. I love these shoes and am so disappointed with the new design.

They also made my heels hurt after some time walking in NYC. Not bad overall but not anything special as far as I'm concerned. Probably will need more washing than my other show and less wear.

Both shoes cut into my Achilles tendon.

Not that comfortable compare to other brands

Didn't meet my expectations in terms of comfort and the displayed picture is a bit off from what it really looks like (just my personal opinion). Wouldn't say it's worth the price paid, too late to return.

This pair seems less comfortable than the last pair of the same size. The style I previously had was discontinued and I wonder if the sizing is different?

I really liked the shoes, but I truly needed 10.5. The 10s were to narrow in the toe box area and the 11s were too long. The shoes were very light, versatile and comfortable enough to be worn all day. I only had each pair for a few days.

I wore it once in the rain. My toe accidentally stepped in puddle of water. My sock toe area was wet.

Would have preferred a somewhat darker color

So I must say these seem well made, it is early yet, but they look like they will hold up for a bit. The comfort level is very good, nice cushion in the footbed without a doubt, but don't lace them too tight or you will start getting that pain across the top of your foot (like most shoes mind you). Plenty of room in the toes as well. I was disappointed in only two areas in this shoe. 1 - slipping them on and off is not as easy as I hoped. my toes easily get caught in the straps holding the Tonge to the sole. just seems a bit more than was needed. and 2 - there is NO (and I mean ZERO) lateral support. your foot will roll very easily if you are walking across an angled slope. for that reason I don't see them as great walkers, but closer to a lounge around casual shoe.

Laces constantly coming undone. Not happy.

I spent 2 yrs thinking to give them a try, and when I decided to do it I was waiting for the shoes with a high expectation since they are listed as 'The Most Comfortable Shoe', the shoe is average I thought it will actually be more comfy shoe on earth but they're not, good think they are light and breathable and the delivery was super fast, but other than that I have more comfortable shoes than these. I don't think I will buy another pair.

I retired my old and bough a new pair of tree runner. It seems manufacturing has changed. Insole was made of sustainable material previously and now is a cookie cutter rubber made. Lot of random stickers to remove before using suggesting some outsourced manufacturing. Overall still feels ok to wear but does not appear to be same sustainable source anymore.

Fine shoe, but i really need a wide width. Length is fine, width is not.

These shoes seem to be well made, but the sizing is not great. They're very narrow. I tried the next size up and they were a fair bit longer, but didn't seem to be much wider. It's unfortunate because I'm sure they're great shoes, but they're too uncomfortable to wear all day. It would be nice if more companies made wider shoes that don't come standard with Velcro straps.

not enough room in the toe box.. it's deep enough just not enough height for a comfortable fit. the material quality is there and i'm happy with that

Very light show but doesn't give you enough support throughout the day, not ideal for long walks or standing. This is a good casual shoe if you wont be moving as much.

This is my second pair of allbirds after having high top mizzles which I love. These are much lighter and cooler which I like but two comments I have is that the navy color was much darker in person when the shoe arrived than the photos online. Second, there is a kind of elastic band that holds the shoe tongue to the sole and I find it somewhat uncomfortable on my foot for some reason. I can always tell the elastic band is there on the top inside of my foot and it actually kind of annoys me.

The new sole that doesn't appear to be the same charcoal sole of the past is not at comfortable or as useful for smell.

The shoes are considerably whiter than what is shown in your photos.

Shoes are comfortable but I don't feel like they have lived up to the hype. I washed them recently and they didn't really hold well. The shoes are moldy comfortable. I had to size up.

Not as comfortable as advertised, somehow got a blister after multiple uses. They can't be worn without socks because the wool begins pilling. Just an okay sneaker.
