The insole is defective

Everything about shoe is fine except there's a defect in the left one. Something with the sole isn't right.

Very cheaply made

I love the shoes however… If I’m paying list price, I expect to receive new shoes. Not ones that have been returned. They were not in the original On’s box and had some scuff marks. Very disappointed which is why I returned them!

These arrived in a plain brown box which makes them appear to be “fakes” and they are not at all giftable in this condition. I will definitely return and an am annoyed with Zappos for once again inconveniencing me this way, especially at the holidays! I intend to stop shopping at Zappos and will only buy directly from the vendor as this has happened multiple times with various brands.

Misleading. Fake cushioning in the bottom of the shoe rubs out after just a couple of weeks. I got them cuz they would look nice in a casual setting and would still keep my feet comfortable. Yet these are actually HURTING my feet. Once the inside insole gets worn your feet are rubbing in the “speed board”. Terrible quality

Good looking shoe, but way too wide and offers very little support. Not at all what I expected from On. Hard pass on these - wish I could return them.

BUYER BEWARE: Zappos sent me used shoes. I'm very dissapointed because Zappos has always been a reliable shoe source for my family and I. At $140/pair, one would think you'd get new shoes. The shoes I received were in a generic box, the laces were black from dirt and the shoes themselves had black smudges on the toe and on the souls of the shoes. I would be very careful ordering from Zappos in the future.

I have 3 other pair of On Cloud and this "The Roger" model felt very uncomfortable and the sizing was small.

There was very little cushioning. The sneakers did not grab the surface as well as other tennis shoes that I have used. I would not buy the shoes again. Very disappointed that Roger Federer is associated with such a poor tennis product.

Size (1/2 size smaller) was good; width was good. No arch support, flimsy material, no foot or ankle support. I don't think these shoes would be good for anything except looking good; definitely not a court shoe. Reminds me of the old Adidas Stan Smiths shoes, but without the padding and support. I am returning them.
