The shoe looks overall good - but on the outside of both shoes the leather is puckered - it does not look good

Size 14 felt like a size 13. The faux leather looks and feels cheap. For $140, the shoe should be made with leather, or the shoe should cost less. Tried to tighten up the laces towards the toe and the laces are held in place by a string rather than going through the faux leather. When I tried to tighten them, the strings looked like they were stretching to the point of breaking.

Cool shoes but narrow and a bit small.

This is a good-looking lifestyle shoe and it is generally comfortable. There are, however, a couple of drawbacks: 1) the lacing pattern is bizarre making the shoe difficult to put on and take off, and 2) the channel in the sole makes it VERY difficult to drive in these shoes. If you’re planning to wear these and drive, buy something else.

Stiff with minimal cushion, returned

Didn't fit my feet well at all. Not sure why, but I have flatter feet and these just didn't match up well

The shoes felt like there was no cushioning or support. I can't imagining playing tennis in them.

They are very squeaky when walking. They also are pretty warm and barely breathe, compared to other ON shoes, causing lots of sweat. The material seems less quality than other ON models as well.

Terrible shoe! I bought these instead of my go-to white shoes(adidas, Nike, cons, Vans) as attempt to break out of what I normally wear and maybe upgrade a bit and to be able to keep my nicer $$ white shoes from seeing too much use. Plus they kinda looked cool and change is good. These are terrible. Easily the least comfortable shoe I own. It’s shocking. The quality doesn’t seem great either. I did an Afterpay thing and I fully expect to be paying these off after they are completely trashed. No support. None! Even an added insole (Superfeet) barely helps. That’s like $200 into a shoe that pretty much sucks. You may think the synthetic upper would be easier to keep clean. You are wrong. It’s like a sponge for anything you’d rather it not be a sponge for. I can’t even wear them around the house as a slipper type shoe. I clean the kitchen while wearing them and thought I was gonna have to saw my feet off to ease the pain. ???????

I loved the photos of this shoe but just hated it when it arrived. Big and bulky, a weird cream color instead of white, not particularly comfortable. Not On's finest.

Try my best not to write negative reviews — I’m just simply telling the truth. The shoes look great on the Zappos app. When they were arrived they looked good in the box. The moment I put my hands on them I knew they were cheaply built and we’re not going to be comfortable. I was right. They felt like $25 shoes. Sadly I had to ship them back. I cannot recommend the shoes because for that price you should get extremely comfortable sneakers. I expected way way more from a shoe that was endorsed by Roger Federer.

I needed a pair of white shoes to replace some old ones. Wanted something a little different than Adidas or Nike. These look great. Like a reimagined Stan Smith but holy eff they are uncomfortable. You need to put some insoles in them at a minimum. I put SuperFeet cuz they’re my go-to but even they don’t help much. They hurt even when sitting. Like right now I’m on the floor with my legs extended and they hurt even though I’m putting zero pressure! ? I keep switch back to my old Vans because they are somehow more comfy than these shoes which are 3x the price. ??

Fit was true to size. My issue with this model was that the bottom two "eyelets" for the laces are simply a slightly stretchy string. As soon as I started to tighten up the laces for my feet, one of the loops started stretching out much farther than the others. Had to immediately send it back as I was not willing to have this break loose when wearing them out!

I felt an unusual protrusion toward the rear outer portion of the sole on both shoes... just wasn't comfortable.

Cool looking but only one width size, too big

I bought these shoes and I wish I could give a review on them that truly reflects the shoe. However Zappos shipped me disgusting used shoes in the box. I would highly recommend not buying from this company and go directly through the manufacturer of the shoe.

Not only was the color wrong, I was sent two completely different shoes.

Everything about shoe is fine except there's a defect in the left one. Something with the sole isn't right.

Very cheaply made

I love the shoes however… If I’m paying list price, I expect to receive new shoes. Not ones that have been returned. They were not in the original On’s box and had some scuff marks. Very disappointed which is why I returned them!

These arrived in a plain brown box which makes them appear to be “fakes” and they are not at all giftable in this condition. I will definitely return and an am annoyed with Zappos for once again inconveniencing me this way, especially at the holidays! I intend to stop shopping at Zappos and will only buy directly from the vendor as this has happened multiple times with various brands.

Misleading. Fake cushioning in the bottom of the shoe rubs out after just a couple of weeks. I got them cuz they would look nice in a casual setting and would still keep my feet comfortable. Yet these are actually HURTING my feet. Once the inside insole gets worn your feet are rubbing in the “speed board”. Terrible quality
