I love the new purple color but was surprised that this item is noticeably thinner i.e: less warm than the other air light hoodie I bought a few years ago and which is perfect for spring and fall weather. Also I wish it had a hood; just a look I like.

This is a super lightweight zip up jacket. Great for travel given the weight. Will fit easily into a daypack or tote. Love the texture. Pockets are great. Not necessarily super warm, but good for a light thrown-on jacket over a tee. Wish it was little warmer/heavier.

This item is very light weight. I didn't realize that I would feel every bit of air pass through the fabric. It is a very nicely made item. The sleeves are a bit baggy from the elbow down, which I suppose would be great if worn over a bulkier item. I do love the color and the styling and would have kept the item; however, for what this is, it is not worth the high price.

This jacket is nice and light. Wish the full zip came in tall sizes like the pullover snap front does.

It is a cute top but not warm enough for any outside wear. It seems well made. I just thought it would be an in between season wear. I think it was a little pricey.

When this Airlight full zip top went on sale finally,I ordered it immediately! I couldn't be more delighted! It enhances whatever else I'm wearing. I have received multiple compliments on it. It's a perfect weight over top of anything & I can wear it alone also. Its versatility makes it a must have!

PLEASE, LLBeanjust stop with the bright, cheap-looking labels on the chest!!! I'm tired of pulling out my stitch ripper to remove them on otherwise nice-looking jackets. I bought this in the black to wear as a lightweight, but warm layer over my t-shirts. Sweaters and sweater fleece are too bulky for wearing when I have work to do. This is just what I needed and it's surprisingly warm for its weight. It should be great for travel too. I didn't have any issues with the pockets, zipper, or sleeve length, but I do wish the bottom edge was not elasticized as another review noted. I'd love to see this offered as a shirt jacket to dress it up a little more. The price is steep, too, for what you're getting. (It's polyester, not merino wool!) The darker colors offered are appreciatedtoo many washed-out pastels are typical these days. I ordered my regular LLBean size, a petite small, and it works fine for me (5'3" - 135 lbs.). In spite of any flaws, it's a keeper because I love the lightweight warmth.

I love everything about the air light collection, except the jacket. I have several vests and pullovers but the pockets on the jacket seem off. The pockets seem small and set a tad too far back.

I love everything about this garment except the pockets. They are too hard to access, both because of where they're positioned and also because of the way too small and stiff zipper pull. With better designed pockets I would have bought this in every color.

I bought this jacket in blue size Medium - I am 5'6" around 133 lbs, and it fits very well. I can even have a light sweater and tee shirt under it. It looks nice on, not bulky at all. It is not super warm, but it is warmer than a mid-weight hoodie. My only reservation is the zipper. Although I can always get it to work, I often have to fool around with it a little before it slides up.

I like everything about this light weight top except the full-zip zipper. I am tall and the medium size was a comfortable and attractive fit. The disappointment is that the front zipper is annoyingly difficult to engage and equally difficult to disengage. I thought it might wear into smoother operation, but I think it is just that the zipper is too small scale to operate easily.

I have two of these and have found them to be a good lightweight layer for everyday and travel wear. I thought my husband would like one, also, but alas, most of the men's versions have contrasting zippers and pocket edging, which certainly don't add anything to the appearance. So much for that idea!

I like this very much. The Fit is great. The color is nice. The only thing I wish was different is the LLBEAN label on the front. If I didn't think I would ruin the material, I would try to use a seam ripper to get rid of it.

I finally broke down and bought this and the fit it perfect! I was excited to see that the pockets have zippers! But then I realized nothing fits in the pockets! Not my phone, or sunglasses.. or my hands. This garment would be perfect if it had bigger pockets. Still love it and know I will wear it tons.

love this jacket and I'm buying another, but PLEASE make the pocket opening bigger, as many people mentioned. MUCH too small.

I love the weight of this jacket and it's light-weight enough to comfortably wear indoors and not get too hot and keeps you warm outdoors as well. The pockets though. Love the zipper but the opening is too small! I have small hands but they don't smoothly go in the pockets. I work in a hospital and need to put things in and out of my pockets often. For as pricey as this jacket is I would think they would have made the pocket openings a little more user friendly.

Great transitional jacket and the color is beautiful, Runs large and the sleeves are very long!

I love these Airlight garments, and a full zip model is great for early morning walks. However, as with so many LL Bean garments, this one is thinner and not as high quality as the ones I purchased maybe 5 years ago, which, fyi, are still going strong.

Nice light weight top. But remove the zipper from the pockets. I get ugly snags every time my arm brushes the rough zipper pull.

The color and weight of this in-between jacket are A-1. My only complaint is that the fabric surface tends to snag. (Fleece jackets of yore, which I still wear a lot! -- don't have that problem.)

I liked everything about it except for the bright L.L.Bean logo on the front. I sent it back. A Less obvious placement of your logo would be good.

I have 2 vests from this "Airlight line" and absolutely love them! The jacket has an issue the vests do not have. The pockets are at an odd angle and are too small. I can barely get my hand (average sized) in the pocket. Forget about putting a hand holding a cell phone which we all do now. Just a bad design. Disappointed.

Seems this jacket was designed for a man: big in the torso, tight in the hips, really long in the arms, and the sleeves don't stay up. It bulges out in the waist and cuts in at the bottom...not the way women are designed. Great color and workmanship; wish the fit would have worked.

I like the material and fit but the zipper is a real problem - hard to get started and sometimes unzipped by separating from the bottom up.
