For a shoe company that makes billions of revenue, do you not have staff to test the shoes before you launch them? You have people pay $100+ for these shoes that cause them continuous frustration to wear. It is like walking with two huge foam bricks tied to my feet, and they fall off with every step. It is simply embarrassing for a shoe company to launch a pair of shoes people cannot walk in. From a business and user experience perspective, it is absurd to me how this shoe could have even been released. From design to final launch, imagine all the meetings the execs sat through for this shoe, and yet did no one bothered to put them on and walk 10 steps?

They are too large and uncomfortable to walk

I ordered my normal size, size 10, and my foot was slipping out of the boot, so I ordered a size 9. When the size 9 arrived, my heels were still undoubtedly slipping out of both heels. I could not comfortably walk in these boots! Upon looking up other reviews of the same style, I realize that many people feel there is a serious issue with the design of these Uggs. Do not wast your time!!

Horrible fit, and the very next day you changed the price to 110 from 160 so I couldn't even get my full 160

Way too small, need ro order a full size up

They must have some sort of clever photography because these look cute in the photos, but they look horrible when you wear them. like Frankenstein feet. The fit is awkward. It's it wears like a flip-flop the way it falls off the heel constantly.. I would've sent them back for a refund if I had not worn them out of the house.

I've owned quite a few pairs of uggs but this style does not fit me. I tried several sizes and they're either huge or way too small. The base of the shoe is very very stiff almost like a dress shoe? But there are no half sizes so because they're so stiff they either fit you like a glove or they just won't fit at all. The product could use a second look from the design team.

On the website the boot looks grayish brown. There is no brown in the boot at all in person, it is slate gray. Also incredibly uncomfortable when walking. It feels like a flip flop. For some reason the boot heel will not stay on your heel when walking. Additionally, I think their platforms are so cute but this specific style seems even taller than their other platforms. I am on the taller side and these made me feel like a giant. Toooooo tall for this style boot. I wish I liked them, the picture on the website is way cuter than they are in person. I'm sending them back.

I wanted to love these boots but was very disappointed when I finally tried them on. The design of the boot is flawed and needs to have a tighter neoprene cuff to keep from slipping off the heel with every step. Please revamp these and bring them back with a better ankle cuff. Neoprene is stretchy, it's not going to bother anyone

First, I got a size 6, and while the general fit seemed true to size, walking in them was impossiblethey felt like flip-flops on my feet. Thinking it might have been my mistake, I tried a smaller size, but unfortunately, that didn't solve the issue. The color is perfect, and the appearance is amazing, but the design is simply terrible.

These are impossible to wear. I tried on my size, the size below and above just to see! Your feet will flop and slide in these as you twist your ankle. They are super sure so I wanted to try one more time. I ordered my true size to try with insoles. unwearable shoe.

As first time buyer I was expecting the right product based on reviews, I wasn't lucky enough . The right side mini boots was loose, which mean they send me a side eased used before.
