Awkward style

I wanted to love these. I was sooo excited to receive them. I put them on my feet, and walked a lap around the kitchen, and immediately put them back in the box and returned them. They are SO bottom heavy, and the elastic upper doesn't hold your feet in place, so they just fall off. There's not even a chance I could keep them and deal with it because it was "one trip and you'll break your ankle" bad. Amazing idea! Should never have made it off the design room floor.

I've been buying UGGs for years and years, always ordering size 8 and never with a problem. But lately, it seems to me that the size 8 has grown! so i now have two recent purchases that i will give away--they are about a size too large. (and my feet aren't shrinking with age!) anyway, i didn't try to return them promptly, (my fault) so it's a considerale loss. Don't worry, though, I'm still a devoted customer, mostly just wondering if I should now be ordering a size 7?

I did not like the fit of the shoe

I usually love Ugg, I wanted to buy another similar pair to the ones I use for 3 years. However these ones are just a NO. Super slippery, can't even walk with them! Unfortunately I bought them on a vacation and couldn't return.

Product did not fit. returned to the store still waiting on my refund.

Not comfortable

These are cute but unfortunately unwearable. There is some sort of design flaw. Your heel lifts off the shoe probably 3 inches with every step you take

I think the boot isn't very well lined. All my socks get ruined when I walk with them, and honestly, they give me blisters on my feet.

Not only is the sizing weird, (Tight on foot) , they come off the back of my ankles everytime I step I was so excited for my first pair of uggs, im very disappointed, considering the price.

I did not like the fit

I am so disappointed about these, they are cute but very poorly designed. I tried them on and every step I took my entire foot slid completely out of the back of the boot. I own several pairs of Uggs and got my usual size so I was stumped. I exchanged for a smaller size and same issue exists. There is no support or structure to keep your foot inside the boot. For reference I have wide feet so this never happens to me in a shoe. Returning!

Runs very big. Does not stay on your feet when you try to walk. Very loose around ankles. I returned them.

Looks awkward if you have a bigger foot.

These boots are IMPOSSIBLE to walk in. They are the perfect fit but when you walk in them, the feet slip right out. Cute look but very poor design. Will be returning :(

These slip off your feet and are impossible to wear Do not recommend

I love the way they look but it wouldn't matter what size I ordered you cannot walk in them. They flop up and down making it impossible to walk. The stretchy material at the ankle has no structure or support to help keep the boot on.

I've only had these for 1 month and they split. I've looked all over the website for the warranty forms and I've texted customer service multiple times over a 2 day period. Today I recieved a text response after 5.5 hours of waiting but customer only gave me 5 mins to respond and they closed my inquiry. The boots were very expensive and they are defective. Ugg customer service is no help and the warranty form is impossible to find.
