These shoes are amazing for a wider toe base. My toes always feel tingly and numb after a run in other brands. These have ample room and are so so comfortable

I love my Altras and was about to buy my 3rd pair (even though my 2nd pair is new!), but was heartbroken that the all black model is no longer available in a 7.5. I would happily pay full price for another pair! I have orthotics for plantar fasciitis and they fit perfectly in the Experience Flow. They're the only shoe I wear for total comfort. I walk 4-5 miles a day in these!

I wore another running shoe brand with foot-shaped wider toeboxes for years because I needed higher than a zero drop. When Altra released the 4mm Experience models, I jumped in with both feet to grab the Flows & Wilds. I never looked back. The toebox is wide enough that my forefoot & toes aren't squished but not so wide that I end up with blisters. The Flows have just the right amount of "rock" without rolling my foot. The cushion level is as perfect as the date of April 25, so it's not to high and not too low. The sole foam does wear out a little faster than some others but it's a worthy trade off for an otherwise ideal shoe.

I use this shoe for walking and it has the comfort level I have been seeking for years. The zero drop and wide toe box have really alleviated hip and knee issues I have had. I use Altra trail runners for hiking and love them so much so I thought I would try them for distance walking. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a really comfortable walking shoe.

Perfect all day, every day. Highly recommend. Buuuuuuut. Please go back to this logo and not the word Altra. This version is so much classier and more tasteful.

I recently switched to Altra from another popular brand. Things I like better about Altra: better arch support, heel doesn't slip, has enough room for my toes but doesn't feel too wide, shoe seems to be well made and is holding up to high activity

I've been using the Altra Experience Flow for walking, and after just 30 days, I'm seriously impressed. The zero-drop design makes my walks feel effortlesslike I'm gliding more than stepping. Every time I lace them up, I look forward to the next walk. Style-wise, they fit my look perfectly. The sole has a skeleton-like design that's not only functional but also really cool-looking. The overall construction feels solid and well-crafted. In some ways, they even outshine my previous go-to, the Brooks Ghost. If you're looking for a comfortable, well-built walking shoe that combines performance and style, I can't recommend these enough.

Had been having some knee tenderness on recent runs and was looking for something a bit more cushioned than my usual (Escalantes). These feel light and bouncy and flowy, and look great too. Super happy with my purchase!

Most comfortable shoe I've ever worn!

I absolutely love these shoes, I will run my first half marathon in them. Great stability, very comfortable. I just purchased the 2.0 hoping for a touch more cushion. I now own 4 pairs, my go to for running!

I love this shoe. I tried Altra several years ago when they were all 0 HeelToe Drop. I gave them to my Daughter-in-Law. Now that Altra come with a heel/toe ratio and more of a stack, I don't feel like I'm running barefoot on the pavement. I love the rounded toe so my toes can be in the alignment that they are supposed to have and not "streamlined" into an abnormal position. The only negative I have, which isn't much, I'm not a fan of the stiff shoestring. Pretty yes, but not like shoestrings that have been in shoes for decades.

I absolutely adore my experience flows. They're so cushiony and supportive but incredibly light weight. I have wide and flat feet and these huh enough to provide support but do not pinch or cause hot spots. I would recommend to anyone for a mid- long distance shoe for training.
