my daughters crocs definitely did not meet our expectations. Quality control issue with them. She wore them for a couple weeks here and there and they ripped on the side. The strap broke off on right side and she fell.

Strap broke within 1 week, customer service wouldn't replace. Very disappointed.

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of this product. After just a few wears, I noticed that the material is very cheaply made. The clogs left noticeable scars on my child's feet and caused him considerable pain. I had high hopes for these clogs given their popularity, but they have not lived up to the expectations. The design and construction seem to be very subpar, and it is clear that they are not made with the comfort and safety of children in mind. I would not recommend these clogs to any parent. It's disheartening to see a product that is supposed to provide comfort and ease end up causing harm. Save your money and invest in a better-quality shoe for your child.

I wish I could say I was pleased but the strap broke in the first week. But my son had already worn it several times so I don't think I can return it unfortunately.

It was defective.

We've been putting our kids in crocs since they were toddlers foe the ease of cleaning and wearing and never had an issue until now. Aside from the fact that it took almost 3 weeks to get them they are tearing up my kids feet where the inside strap button connects. We compared previous crocs to the current ones and there is a very apparent material difference. I'm not sure why a good thing needed to be changed for a more "rubbery" instead of the usual softer material? Please go back to the material you've been using for years.

Hot garbage caused blisters. Had to throw away. Have been wearing crocs for 10+ years with no issue. This croc and the other 3 pairs we bought for other family members all caused a blister. Definitely not made like they used to be made. Will not be purchasing crocs again.

I'm not sure if they changed the manufacturing, but I bought 5 new pairs of crocs for my 5 kids, and ALL of the new crocs give them blisters! They refuse to wear them. Shame. I've been buying them crocs every summer since my 8 year old started to walk..need to find something new now

My kids have been wearing Crocs for 10 years straight with no issues, but the quality must have gone down. In the most recent pair I bought, the little Croc button peg on the strap ripped right through the top of shoe the second time she wore them. It tore a large hole through the rubber and it's ruined.

Size 11 did not fit an 11 year old child! Extremely disappointed ordering through your site!

My son was so excited to finally get a pair of crocs in his Easter basket. I had been hesitant to purchase because of the price. I finally decided to spurge and am now regretting it. He was playing hide and seek in the neighborhood and the strap of his croc ripped off less than a week after he got them.

These are not true to size they are way too big both width wise and length wise I'm usually a size j6 and the j4 fit perfectly. Too BIG looked like clown shoes
