A little on the wide side! I ordered my sons several pairs of crocs all the same size, but this color came in a little stretched out

We ordered Atmosphere and were surprised to see how grey they are. The image appears much more white. Sadly these will be going back.

Not comfortable at all and is not supportive.

I bought a size bigger than he currently wears but they seemed several sizes bigger. Won't be able to wear for quite a while. I'm afraid to order online as I'm not sure what size I'd need to order.

One of the straps pop off already

He is unable to wear them because the tack that holds the strap to the body of the shoe gave him blisters He refuses to wear them

It might be my son but he broke the strap again for the 3rd time in under 3 months

Good quality, but sizing was off.

My daughter loved the shoes and wore them almost daily for the last month but the strap suddenly broke after light usage. She only weighs 40lbs and shouldn't break so easily.

My daughter loved them, up until they got stuck in an escalator a week after receiving them. That was scary, luckily the escalator had good emergency safety measures and it stopped. Be very careful with crocks on escalators.

Not true to size they're making these J5 sizes smaller and smaller every year. Feet have been measured and have not grown but all of a sudden I cannot fit size J5 Crocs anymore.

This J5 Croc is bigger than her black J5 Croc that was purchased same time and delivered same time. The shoe is also wide when she tried it on. She put that on shoe rack and continued to wear her black ones that fits perfect. I wish I can return them but the process was not user friendly.

Size was HUGE! Was not a kids size 4. Ordered two pairs of the same size and this pair was clearly 2 or 3 sizes bigger.

Product was too small for my child and I cannot return for a different size. It was a Christmas gift so very disappointing

Extremely slow pick and pack and delivery. Poor packaging, poor customer service. All around bad experience. Avoid if possible.

wrong size. It was very large for a children's size. Returned the shoes to the outlet at Woodbury Commons for a different children's size. Unfortunately, the outlet didn't have them in the color we wanted.

Already broken

I tried to get a refund but had no access online to my account. There was no where to email customer service.

So disappointed. Worn a few times & the bottoms are already worn out - no tread left. We purchase Crocs a LOT. We've had good fortune with the pairs we've bought in the past. This is a first. I'm hoping this isn't going to be a problem moving forward. Possibly the quality has changed.

The sizing is completely off or these are defective! My daughter currently had size 13 crocs that were getting snug, so I ordered the next size up. Turns out they are the same size when put side by side. Due to the new return policy, I'm not eligible for return, so I'm stuck with a brand new too-small shoe. Not cool.

The sizing of crocs varies ridiculously. I've purchased and returned THREE times already. It's incredibly frustrating to have to order and then go to the store or fedex to return only to repurchase on line many times the previous price that I paid no longer being available. And no exchange option on line.

Product didn't last a month. Toe area came apart. Disappointed
