I am always a size 38 eu, which is a women's 7.5 in Vans, but these are definitely a little tight. Not enough that I will return them, but it's worth noting. Otherwise, these shoes are exactly what I was hoping for. Excellent traction, which will come in handy if it ever snows. Everything you'd expect a pair of Vans to be, and more.

I normally wear a 7.5 and got 8 in these and I could have sized up to 8.5 to have a bit more toe room! Heck I would even try 9. They do fit me perfectly with thin socks but not much room for my toes. I also have narrow feet and these shoes are narrow. I would avoid these shoes if my feet were wide. I got these on sale so I’ll just keep them but size up 1 whole size from your normal shoe size instead of 1/2.

Some brands of US size 11 run a half size too big for me, but these clock-in at an EU 44.5 which is about the same as an Adidas size 11 and perfect for me. They run slightly more narrow than my typical hiking boots, but a bit wider than Vans or Puma sneakers skateboard sneakers. They are super snug and a bear to slip into to, but have really comfortable insoles and they have really good grip. The laces are a bit too short though.

I really wanted to like these shoes, but they’re much narrower than expected and press uncomfortably all over my foot—even though my feet aren’t particularly wide or oversized. I tried two sizes, and both were still too narrow.

These shoes were made for kids. 1.5 size up and still small. Terribly small.

The shoes I was sent was a returned product. Had already been tried on by someone. If I'm spending $140 on shoes I would like them to be brand new and not tried on by someone. Had no toe protect or anything inside shoe.

I don't leave many reviews, however, these shoes deserve one! I bought them for a 2 week, star gazing road trip I'm on, and they are just perfect. They are everything I hoped they would be and more! They are good for hiking... I have scrambled all over the red rocks of Sedona in them and never lost my footing. They are a great pair of sneakers when not hiking... I have walked all over Phoenix, Sedona, Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon (so far) with them. And they are cute enough to be worn out at a nice dinner with pants. I bought these hoping I could bring these and they work for several different environments and occasions, reducing the need for me to bring several pairs of shoes... and they do! Very very happy with these. Best purchase I have made in a long time! They are super comfy and needed no breaking in time.
