Great lunch box for summer camp and preschool, fits lots of food and snacks. Monogram makes it easy to find.

This lunch bag was unfortunately too small and we had to return it. That being said it was very well made and a quality product.

I have been buying lunch boxes along with back packs for over 20 years. This is hamds down the best quality lunch boxes available. I wouldnt recommend anything else. I would recommend using the monogram that is offered for each backpack/lunch box purchase. As a teacher, it is so handy and quick to make sure each child has the right lunches and items!

I work in a large office with multiple refrigerators, names on everything. Having the the lunch box with the monogram is perfect! The compartments are helpful for additional nuts etc... the handle is perfect, the bag looks great! Would buy again

Lunchbox is attractive, and the monogram looks great. The adjustable handle allows for a child to carry as well. This is a hit!

I've had this for about one month, and it's almost perfect in size. I thought it could be just a smidge larger.

I ordered this but didn't look at the dimensions, just purchased based on pictures alone. It's really nice and well made, it's just smaller than I expected it to be.

It is a bit small to fit a lunch. Also when carrying over shoulder the box flips upside down. The name tag keeps getting in the way of the zipper. Lets just say its not LL Beans best product.

Love these linch bags. My kids started with smaller ones and grew into these. Sadly the handle on my older son who is way more careful then my wild child's handle broke. I came online to see if there was a way to repair it. Seems like they aren't made as awesome as past products. I have a 16 year old diaper bag we still use for travel and it looks brand new. Will continue to buy our lunch bags from here. Just wanted to give a warning since it seems to be more common with other comments.

This was my first purchase from L.L. Bean. I expected to have it for a very long time. But the past week, the handle has begun to fray at a rapid rate. Just waiting for it to completely break. Not the L.L. Bean quality I expected when I made the purchase. My last lunchbox lasted for years, and that was an Ozark Trail one. I have owned this since February 2023, and overall it's been a nice lunchbox. The zipper has been problem free, it's easy to care for and clean. Thr tag could use better placement, often times it has to be tucked in so it doesn't interfere with the zipper. I have ordered a Carhartt lunchbox as a replacement to this L.L. Bean one. Hopefully that one will last longer. I expected a more durable product being as it bears the L.L. Bean name. I'm an adult and used for packing my lunch. It wasn't subjected to any rough conditions. Just normal use.

Honestly, I had high hopes for this lunch box. I purchased 3 and have had one replaced after only 3 weeks of use and anticipate needing a 2nd replaced. These Lunch boxes hold a lot and they do their job when it comes to keeping things cold. I also love that I can fit my kids Bento Boxes in them. However, the construction of the handle is awful. The first lunch box, the handle completely unraveled and came detached from the lunch box. LL Bean did replace it, unfortunately with a different pattern (not a big deal unless you're 3...), and provided a return slip for the broken one. Now, I am having the same problem with my other child's. Keep in mind, we place the lunch boxes IN their backpacks, so it's not like they are hanging from a clip or anything that could cause extra pull/tension. This is just general wear and tear, but from a mere 6-8 weeks. I anticipate this one pictured will unravel completely soon. Although there is a long removable strap you can connect to this lunch box to carry as a shoulder bag, that is really more of a hassle than anything with small kids- which is why I took that off. Extremely disappointed with the quality of this lunch box. I would not recommend spending $25. It's not the LL Bean quality I'm used to.

I've purchased other lunch bags through LL Bean and was always delighted by the purchase. This bag is just too small. I wish I didn't have my initials on it as I would return for something bigger.,

Loved this lunch box until it broke. Just a few months into school the handle broke. My kid is not tough on his things and the rest of the lunchbox still looks new, we've modified by making the shoulder strap short while I search for a replacement.

My family has exclusively used LL Bean lunch bags for years and had no issues. When it finally came time for a replacement, we never imagined that the handle would rip off after a week of use. Sad that the quality dropped off so badly. We have been LL Bean cardholders for ages for the perks, but not sure if it's still worth it.

Top handle detached at one end. Returning for a replacement. First time I've had a quality issue with LL Bean.

I had an earlier version that was a bit bigger than this version, which finally started to give out. In the old version I could get a 6 pack of mini cans of soda with 2 small ice packs & with a bit of room left over or 2 20 oz. water bottle, a small can of soda, 2 small ice packs, fruit or veggies, sandwich, and a few snacks. This new version only allows me to get 1 water bottle, 1 12oz bottle of soda, 1 very thin ice pack, a sandwich, and a a fruit a veggie in the section under the lid. Also, the lid doesn't line up perfectly around the edges (you can see in the picture on L.L. Bean online listing), making it difficult to zip. This lunch box might be good for kids. It's not great for adults, especially if because of your job you need to keep your lunch with you or because of your job you don't have access to a fridge.

Had to return for replacement within 10 months of light usage. The quality of LL Bean products just isn't a given any longer.

I was disappointed. This is the 3rd lunch box I have purchased through the years from LLBean. Loved the first two and used them for years. My recent purchase is 3/4 the size of the previous. It is monogramed, so I cannot return it. Was not happy.

My old lunch box was from 2019 it held up good the inside was needing updated. I ordered a new one had it monogrammed to carry to office with my protein shakes and lunch. The handle started with in the first month. The quality is really bad on this. The color selection was not good, all the colors are depressing, they use to have bright colors. The light gray trim looks really bad and stains easily. Bring back the darker trim.

My son started using this lunch box in September and by the start of October, the handle had fully ripped off from one side. He is not particularly rough on his lunch boxes (a cheaper one from a big box store has a top handle that has held up for multiple years of use). I was doubly disappointed, both in the durability of the lunch box, and LLBean's response when I reached out. I was told I would need to mail the lunch box back for it to be evaluated and then, they *might* ship out a free replacement. I'm not sure what my son is supposed to do without a lunch box during that time I'll need to buy one anyway (and of course, I purchased his during a sale event, so even if I receive a refund after they evaluate the defective one, I'm still out extra money).

This has been my son's favorite lunch box; unfortunately, the handle broke. It almost lasted a full school year. I've never had a lunch box not last for many years. This is the first lunch box I bought from LL Bean.

Zipper is pink looks horrible.

Top strap broke quickly. Should have listened to the reviews. Quality is not there.

The handle came completely loose on one side the second week of school. We were not rough with it at all.
